What an appalling service. I originally contacted Animal Concierge a month before I was due to go away. I received a prompt response from a lady that worked there, detailing the service and cost. I then emailed 2 weeks before I was due to go away. After a week with no response, I emailed again and left a message on phone. The lady came back and said they never received the email. We arranged an appointment for her to come and meet my 2 cats. I confirmed this again by email. On the day of the appointment, she sent a text to say she couldn't make it, but could make any time the following day, a day before our holiday. I confirmed the time and location again by email. Having already taken a morning off for the previous appoint, I left work early to get home for 4.30. The appoint was for 5pm. At 5.30 I called, left a message, by 6pm I called again sent a text and email. She never turned up, never cancelled the appoint and to this day I have had no explanation. At the very last minute I had to make alternative arrangements. Despite their website, this company does not care about your pets. Even if she had of turned up, I know now, she never would have bothered to come twice a day.
