The PC case from X-Case arrived on time by means of a different courier as their primary courier failed to pick up my package from them; this caused a little confusion with tracking as it had the primary couriers details on my order but xcase fixed the problem and I got the case on time. Their Customer service was very swift in letting me know what was happening with my case once this problem was highlighted. Case arrived in perfect condition. Very good service. 9/10

I ordered a Raidmax Ninja Case from X-case. The first incident that happened was that the delivery company did not deliver the package to my house because they apparently could not find the address. So I had to collect the case from the local depot. On receiving the case and assembling the computer I found that the power supply unit that came with the Case was faulty. After ringing X-case I was instructed to post the faulty one back to them and they would send an identical PSU (500W and with a ...

I have now used X-case a few times and I have been thoroughly impressed on each occasion. Deliveries are fast and when they say they'll be. The items they sell seem to be competitively priced and a good range is represented. Finally I have been very impressed by the excellent level of customer service they have provided - an error on my part prompted my need to contact X-case and I found them to be both helpful and prompt in response to my query.

Product Title X-Case RM 404-S Ultra Short 4u just 390mm deep. No Psu
Pros Short! Room to move, Lots of Hard Drives (for the size)
Cons No Floppy, needs 2 USB on front panel
Comment What a cracking case.
Very surprised at the amount of space for such a small case.
4 Hard Drives which for most applications that this case would suit is more than enough.
Didn't cut myself once. (Unlike many more expensive cases).
All the bits come with it. (Motherboard spacers, PSU screws, Drive Mount ...

My case is a MIXHGR-Z System case for ATX motherboards. I wanted a the smallest case I could get and this one is hardly bigger than the board itself. I chose not to order a PSU with it since I had an ATX PSU already and it just fitted in easily - at the front and upside down to save space. It looks really good too. I am very happy with the whole process and would recommend both the case and the company. For £12.99 I just don't know how they make these for the money!ps they have since drop ...

RM206 - 2U Rackmount X-Case own brand Case arrived the day after I'd ordered it, questions were answered quickly and in a personal manner - excellent customer service. Case itself seems exceptional value for money for a 2U rackmount, and the internal design and space usage is well thought out. X-case PSU supplied for small extra cost seems solid enough too - in a black anodised finish and fits the case well. Overall, I'm impressed - will definitely buy from them again. ...

Compucase S401 480mm Deep -No Psu - Black Silver
Review Title Converting from tower to rackmount
Rating 5
I have 3 computers and was looking for a solution to tidy them all up. A friend at the power station where I work, showed me the racks that run the station.
After Searching the web I came across their site. I picked this case as I only have a 16 unit short frame to install and thought it looked good.
After only 1 hour my main PC was transfered from it's tower into this case and was f ...

www.xcase.co.uk - Had one of these now for about 1 month. Have been very pleased with it. I bought mine to make a home server out of, by using a 4 disk back plane in the 3 5.25" slots - this seems to suit the case very well indeed.
Cooling seems ample with the fans included and I like the design of having the PSU at the front to reduce the overall size of the case.
Overall a very small case that can fit a lot into, well thought out and well built. Very pleased with mine.
Pros: Quality of bu ...

Not much space inside the X-Case
If you need a lot of space, buy a full size case.

X-Case RM 420 - 20 Drive SATA II Hotswap - Inc Rails. Optional Psu's.Uk's lowest priced multidisk 4u
For a long time I have been looking for a case that can be populated with a large number of SATA drives. There are a few options out there but as soon as you pass 16 drives the cost becomes prohibitive.
The X-Case RM 420 is simply a corker of a case. The picture on the website do not do it justice. It is NOT one of these cheap tin cases it is a quality product. Whilst not being as well built as ...

Ordered a 1u server from them. 2 weeks later I emailed them for an update on the order and received nothing. Emailed them several more times over the next week and received nothing. Maybe the owner went on holidays and forgot about my order? I emailed them to cancel and refund the order. I had to put in a charge-back for my money in the end as it was obviously not going to be processed and the website seemed to be deserted.

I ordered an item that had a faulty PSU, I phoned up to return the item only to be asked to be put on hold, but I could hear the person in the background answer another phone and deal with someone else.
No reply to my e-mails what so ever, there is even no bounce back e-mail telling you that your e-mail has been received.
Online Live Help was not helpful.

Rubbish Customer Service.Order despatch date shifted several times, i called, was told it would be despatched that day, and the next it was still at x-case.Incompetent pre-sales - I emailed them a spec to check, and they missed several errors. No order checking - Out of a £500 order of 7 parts, 3 of the parts are either used / incomplete or incorrect. They used to be good but they aren't now...

I ordered a x-case over a month ago and I was told it wasn't in stock, about a week later they took the money for the case so I sent an email asking if it was now in stock and being despatched, I got a reply telling me the case was in stock and that it would be despatched Friday. 1 week later, no news so I emailed them again asking what had happened and got no reply. So I emailed them asking to cancel and I received an email from a different person this time, telling me that it was now in stock ...

I ordered an Aspire Q-Base with Extra power cables and extensions from X-Case. I received a phone call saying they had none in stock, and it would be delivered on Thursday. Two weeks later they had not dispatched it. I emailed them and eventually received an email offering me another case, which was "basically the same with a better PSU". When it arrived they hadn't sent the extra cables I had ordered, and the case was of a very different quality. This one was actually cheaper, so I asked i ...
