    I bought 2 rack mount pcs from them they were so badly put together I sent them back.
    After one year I am still waiting for my refund, they don't return my emails and when I phone them they keep me hanging on the phone for about half an hour then they cut me off. It is so frustrating as they owe me over a thousand pounds you would have thought they had some curtsy to at least return my emails or calls.

    I had searched long and hard for a media centre case to house my PC. Xcase gave advice over the telephone tailored to my requirements and directed me towards the excellent range on their website. The good were despatched and arrived promptly.
    When the goods arrived the manufacturer had failed to include a specialist riser card. I contacted Xcase who promptly sent out 3-4 different riser cards to meet my needs.
    Internet prices with corner shop service - excellent!

    There was no problems with X-Case and their excellent friendly staff
    couldnt help me more. In this day and age it is a wonderful change to find a company like this.

    Once again X-case has provided excellent customer service and excellent value. After a few mix-ups on my part, X-case even offered to deliver my goods personally for free as I lived local. A nice friendly firm I'll definately be doing business with them again (as I have done so in the past!) Highly recommended!

    XCase is a really good company to deal with, I bought a couple of cases from them over 6months ago, one case fan has failed in one case (1/5 aint bad after over 6months 24x7 use!) they got it swapped out for me very quickly. Couldn't ask for a better service, will be buying from these again.

    Customer service is very good and replies to emails within 24hrs.

    They are more than happy to help both before and after sales, would highly recomend to anyone looking for a well built case with good cooli ...

    Xcase - Very pleased with the service.

    I was looking for a company that would supply me with High-End Components for a New Workstation (Compatible certified parts for stability). Several other places did not or could not get hold of some of my required items so I called Xcase. They state on their website if its not listed give them a called and they will source it for you.

    Quick delivery and the X-Case web page was easy to work with. Everything I have ordered but 1 item was in perfect working order, the item I could not get to work was replaced next day and is working fine now.

    This is a great little X-case - Lovely finish- Exactly as described. Perfect as my small media PC- Looks really good next to the TV.
    I ordered the case late on Friday and recieved it Tuesday morning.

    The Delivery was next day so was pretty good, but unfortunately X-Case sent me the wrong case, i sent them numerous emails but they didnt respond so i phoned them, after they finaly picked up the told me they would send me the one i ordered but would take about 5 days to reach me!

    X-Case RM404 Short from X-Case
    I bought one for my home studio also. I don't know what the other reviewer was on about. My motherboard wasn't so massive as to fit under the drive bays - it fitted tightly and perfectly. Yes it is wider than a 19" rack (it just about scraped into my rock bag rack), but then again it does go with a little gentle persuasion.     X-Case is great, but hard to fit... + That is a great looking case. + Lots of room. + Just one colour inside (black) + The lights on the top front are awsome. - You better put your DVD Drive prior to put your Power Supply. - It, also needs a bit strenght in the matter of to take off the back plate. It is really hard to do it. - Could come with an extra fan on the side window or even better a transparent one.

    i got this case from X-Case yesterday , the day after I ordered it and have now swapped over everything from my old box to this one.First impressions are good, looks nice, feels solid, lots of space inside.everything went inside except i had one pretty annoying issue - my motherboard power cables were not long enough to reach the sockets! so for the meanwhile my psu is balanced in a weird position, as i wait for some extension cables i have ordered.     I've been buying all sorts of different cases from X-Case in MK for a number of years. Rack mounts, desktops, towers and a few accessories here and there too. Not only are X-Case's staff emminently knowledgeable about their products, they are always on hand and have a huge variety of product available. I am a system builder and deal with at least half a dozen component and chassis providors. X-Case have *THE BEST* range I can find in the country.

    Great service from X-Case . came to day and i fit it straight away.

    When looking at it you do think with ATX board that you may struggle but after a few small errors it was placed in and you don''t need any power cables due to the one''s supplied with the fans and front panel all came with there own splitter.Did find that you had to place MBD of course in first and then attach the FDD plus HDD cables next before placing the drives and PSU after wards.     7 days after paying for a case on their site I have not received any indication that payment has been received. In my (so called) account panel it still shows as awaiting payment. I have emailed X-Case 3 times with no response as yet.

    We ordered a 4u rack case, motherboard and RAID card from
    X-Case. We were told we'd get it on Wednesday. Wednesday arrived and I phoned to ask why the items hadn't arrived. They fobbed me off with excuses and told me it would arrive Friday. Friday came, no delivery. Was told it would arrive Monday.I'm now sitting here with a case and RAID card, but no motherboard, and a set of cables that don't match the backplanes on the case.     The PC case from X-Case arrived on time by means of a different courier as their primary courier failed to pick up my package from them; this caused a little confusion with tracking as it had the primary couriers details on my order but xcase fixed the problem and I got the case on time. Their Customer service was very swift in letting me know what was happening with my case once this problem was highlighted. Case arrived in perfect condition. Very good service. 9/10
