I did not book anything with this company, i explored online but did not commit. I recieved a phone call asking if i wanted to book and i said no however since my credit card has been charged - my card provider says it was a phone transaction. I did not authorise this. Currently in dispute trying to have my money returned, they are rude and unhelpful over the phone

No mobile to ring Half hour before arrival no one answered phone for ten mins then they made us wait 40 mins in car park on purpose till the cost of parking increased. On return it was fine but driver was driving far too fast. When in car camera been unplugged and mud in front passenger side. My husbands car is fast so must have been on short joy ride just don’t use

WE HAD TO TRY AND CHANGE OUR BOOKING DUE TO THE FACT THAT OUR FLIGHT DATES AND TIMES WERE CHANGED. I WAS TOLD BY EMAIL (YOU CAN'T SPEAK TO ANYONE) THAT I WOULD HAVE TO CANCEL IT AND RE-BOOK AT A MUCH HIGHER COST AND BE CHARGED £12 ADMIN COSTS.I ANSWERED BACK AND SAID IT WAS TOO EXPENSIVE AND I WOULD HAVE TO CANCEL (I HAD DECIDED TO LOOK ELSEWHERE) AND ASKED HOW TO DO THIS. I RECEIVED NO REPLY AND AFTER A FEW DAYS CONTACT THEM AGAIN BY EMAIL AND FOUND OUT THEY HAD ALREADY CANCELLED IT, PAID THE MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT MINUS £24.OO! ALTHOUGH WE HAVE USED UK PARK AND FLY IN THE PAST - WE NEVER WILL AGAIN.

Please AVOID this website and their co-affiliated valet contractors. Completely unprofessional and will make you wait for hours, imagine having to wait for three and a half hours with my family after exceeding the agreed time of pick up. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT AMD A MESS NEVER EVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN VERY REGRETTABLE.

Having had my flight in April cancelled because of Covid 19 I then needed to cancel my uK Park and Fly. Initially they said I would be refunded less roughly £20, for admin fees! Then after receiving no email and unable to call, after several attempts I was told I would receive no refund at all. I have severall friends who booked with other parking companies at Gatwick and were immediately refunded in full. I would never use them again.

“Gatwick 'Sure parking' ”

Gatwick 'Sure parking' Booked under the park n fly banner. The 1st action of the driver was to un plug my dash cam RECORDED little did he know that it still records on own reserve power. The car was then driven the parking spot then driven again that day to another location. The day before my return it was out driving again for quite a distance. Why cant you be trusted? UKPF NEEDS TO DUMP THEM

I would give zero stars if possible. Turned up today to park car before flying out to find company they were using St Mirren Parking went into liquidation. No notice or contact received, spent very stressful 2hrs trying to find alternative parking and now at an increased cost. Disgusted could not telephone and speak to someone - their contact number only provides messages and they will get back you in 24hrs - great help that it ... NOT Do not use them

“Borderline criminal”

This Saturday my car was returned with missing passenger side mirror which has clearly been ripped off. Also it was very dirty on the inside and outside (including cigarette butts on the floor), although it was thoroughly cleaned the day before dropping it off at the airport. The driver who returned the car did not mention any damage to the car and walked off immediately. When I called the provider I was told that they will review the photos of the car taken (when I pointed out no photos were taken in front of me when I dropped off the car I was told that the procedure is to photograph the car once it is driven to the parking lot), but they are sure that the car was dropped off damaged. I have been trying to contact the manager who was supposed to call me back 2 days ago, I've been told he's on holiday and nobody knows when he will return. The quote for repair is £800 as it requires a whole new automatic, heated mirror and disassembling the door to install it. I have been calling them on the number they give customers to call them on departure/arrival but clearly they now recognize my mobile number have been instructed not to answer my calls they're being repeatedly rejected. The worst service ever and unacceptable avoidance.

I'd used UK Park and Fly at least 8 times this year. Generally their service and prices were very good but I'd had some misgivings. On the last occasion I took a photo of your dashboard just before I dropped the card off and again when I picked it up. Lo and behold my car was returned with an extra 31 miles on the clock but had magically lost a quarter of a tank of petrol. . I emailed UK Park and Fly on two occasions but they have failed to respond. Instead I got a very aggressive phone call from someone from SVS Group who are one of their operators who told me there must be something wrong with the car and that it is impossible to siphon petrol tanks in modern cars - YouTube has plenty of videos which show otherwise. I no longer use UK Park and Fly. I have also reported the loss to Essex Police. If enough people do both then UK Park and Fly will have to take some responsibility for their operators You can report a crime online using https://www.essex.police.uk/do-it-online/ In the meantime TAKE A PHOTO OF YOUR DASHBOARD BEFORE AND AFTER !!

“Altered car and returned filthy vehicle.”

Borderline criminal service. After good experiences in Gatwick, I decided to use click parking in Stansted. For starters, it's expensive relative to parking. The attendant was late. He jumped out of a car, no jacket, company markings. Couldn't provide a receipt or took any notes of mileage or condition of car. Informed I had to pay additional £4.50 fee. On receipt of the car, first thing I noticed was the boot contained alot of cigarette ash, some debris, a pencil I take it he used for something? The dashcam had been disconnected which I have had to discuss with my insurance provider as it impacts my quote. Car was filthy, leaves all over and dirt on windscreens. Attendant who dropped off the car didn't really care, blamed it on the other shift. Number provided by operator is not answered, blame shifted by parking company. Nightmare company, do not use. Will always spend money on car parks in Stansted in future.

“Do not use ever!! ”

Terrible service, do not use these if you value your car in any way. Left my brand new car in the care of (Un)-Sure parking in May for 2 weeks. Upon my return the car was handed back to me with the tyre pressure lights on, I checked all tyres and they all appeared to be fully inflated but the steering felt off, it was only a day or so later that I noticed that a new budget tyre had been fitted to my front drivers side obviously covering up an incident, my car was previously fitted with 4 new pirellis which are standard from new. Also found bottles of water in the car and other rubbish that would suggest my car had been used whilst in their so called care. Only wish I had seen these reviews before I left my car with them, but I did not know that UK Park and Fly use this outfit. Once people book with Uk Park and fly they contract the work out. Shocking service

“Don't trust these people with your car”

Do NOT use this company - they returned my car with paint spots all over the bonnet and front of the car. God knows what they did with it during my week away. I sent them photos but they have sent me some legal get out clause and not even an apology. Never going to use meet and greet again, If you value your vehicle don't let them get their hands on it

Again...another negative review. We did not receive the Meet and Greet Voucher and Hilton were unable to give me details, we had no choice but to make alternative plans to park. The only number I had to contact them was an automated message. So we had to pay the £180-00 "Meet and Greet" and then another £61-00 to park at long term parking at Gatwick. They refused to accept any responsibility and expect their customers to chase for what they have already paid for. They are now ignoring my emails and have deleted my negative review off their Facebook page. With this many negative reviews I am wondering if Watchdog should be contacted!!!

“No help when I complained - avoid!”

Booked meet & greet parking in February, UK Park & Fly farmed it out to a company call Happy Days. Drop off instructions were vague at best, inaccurate at worst, leaving us at the opposite end of the car park to the driver, and the car took an age to be returned and when it was it was delivered back with what turned out to be a broken coil spring. Not surprising, given the way I saw them drive over speed ramps. Unsurprisingly, the company refused to even consider taking any responsibility saying they weren't accountable for anything other than exterior surfaces! Although the booking was made via UK Park & Fly they have also hidden behind the small print of their Ts & Cs, saying my contract is with Happy Parking. To my mind they should have got involved to try and reach a solution but in reality they took my money and washed their hands of any comebacks. There's £200 I'll never see again. Not impressed with either company, in the long run it's their loss though as I will never use them again and will go back to one of my previous options (who were fully booked for this trip) - pay the few extra pounds and use VIP Heathrow.

“Very disappointed Customer”

booked with UK Park & Fly at Bristol Airport was told that it would be provided by Express Meet&Greet (Bristol, on arrival we were given a card by the person collecting the car this was a completely different company name ASAP Bristol, they took the car without inspection. On our return from holiday we rung the number given as per instructions to say we were clear of customs and were told that the car would be there in 5 mins. When we arrived at the car park the car was sitting there, but nobody to hand us back the keys. After a few minutes a person turned up in another car parked that car and then came over to give us our keys,and left, no money to exit the car park as we have had before. At the barrier it showed that we were required to enter £5 to exit the car park. Cost's of the car park on the board showed that my car had been sitting in the car park for between 40 - 60 minutes. This is not what we paid for when we booked with UK Park & Fly, why call them when we have cleared customs when the car was there minimum of 40 minutes earlier, and why change the provider without any notice to us. This is not good customer service

“Distgusting, Unclean, ”

Would I use this company again, NO they are rude, there is no customer service, I had my car Valeted prior to me leaving for my trip, when I returned my car had straw and hey in the driver seat and floor, the powder coated wheels where in such a state I have had to have the Car fully re-valeted, and the wheels have had to be steam cleaned, when I complained to the company they sent some photos showing my car in a cleaner condition, they collected, tried to get my money back through Pay pal, the company decided to back Park and Fly!!!!!! be very aware this company is about as useful as a chocolate teapot, yes they are cheap, but I will never ever use them again, I have passed this on to all my work colleagues, and I will continue to let every person know what a sham this useless company are ??????????

“Kept us waiting”

I don't usually write reviews but in this case I felt that I had to do. Because the service was really great. First, my husband and I were greeted by a very friendly man which took our car away. Soon after that my husband realised that he forgot his phone in the car. But once he went back to the parking the car wasn't there anymore, it was taken to the garage, as he couldn't wait the staff promised that they would save his phone, and that was what they did. When we came back from our holidays the Iphone was inside of a folder in our car. It was a relief because parking companies are not responsible for the values inside the car. Thanks for doing well your jobs guys every single person which serve us were kind and competent.
