    Bad Points: Drop off details wrong in the pack so I went to the T5 departures Valet drop off. Skypark offered to send a driver to me but having got the right drop off point I decided to drive to them (quick loop back around the terminal)


    General comments: Drop off and pick up at short-term parking next to departures.
    Proactive monitoring of flights meant the car was alrady waiting when we got through customs. Time from aircraft touching the ground to driving out of the car park 45 minutes - well done T5 and Sky Park Secure.

    Price less than I paid for parking miles away from LHR.

    I booked Park and Fly for my holiday last week I hadn't seen these reviews beforehand if I had I would of not gone anywhere near them, we arrived at the airport at the time stated on our form, there was no one there from park and fly, we called the telephone number and there was no answer then i read these reviews on my phone and we realised this was a con nothing more.

    Easy online booking and easy to find car park.. We were swayed by positive reviews but were bitterly disappointed. Staff couldn't find our car key during our holiday and didn't seem to appreciate that we were still over 150 miles from home. Nothing will induce us to use this car park again.

    Complained to the office about return journey. No response to email or telephone message yet. I am a frequent flyer and will either park in airport or use a different provider.

    I was really pleased that I was able to get a special discount last time I went with Sky Park. In general they offer a good level of security which you will pick up on as soon as you drive up and I have never had to wait long to get the shuttle bus to or from the airport. All round generally great level of service and value for money. They come highly recommended.

    Don't use www.parkandfly.co.uk (skyparks) parking services, they didn't show up and offered no refund, despite many emails.
    Book a parking space in the long term parking beforehand.
    It all caused me a few problems on the day of departure.

    These guys are a bunch of highway men, do not trust them with your keys. You may have seen on the television that they do not have a car park, they stick the cars in streets near their friends houses. Read the small print, we do no take any responsibility for any damage to your vehicle. I wish I'd read that before I handed over my keys.

    We booked through Sky Park Secure for 7 days parking at Gatwick Airport. It is a service where they meet you at the airport and take your car for you. The company used by Sky Park secure are called PARK AND FLY. They say they will be there in 15 minutes, but we waited for 1 hour and 50 minutes. We nearly missed our flight.
