Good Points: Regulated out-put. Not Expensive. Lifetime Warranty
Bad Points: Corona has rings instead of being smooth. Limited lifetime warranty. Tailcap switch is sometimes hard to operate.
General comments: Over all the Inova XO3 light is a pretty good buy. I'm a Surefire user so I have high standards for flashlights and all my gear. I don't think that the quality is as high as Surefire but because it has the power regulator it is a pretty good light. The light produces 82 lumens, and stays at 90+% for about 2 hrs 15 min! If it wasn't regulated, I would probably have returned it. The beam is fairly wide in the hot spot but it can still light up a fence at over 300ft! Not super bright but I could tell what was in a dark area were I couldn't see with out the light. Inova doesn't say what type the finish it is, they just say it is hard anodized. So far I haven't gotten any permanent scratches. If it gets a scuff it just rubs off. It is longer than a standard 2 cell lithium light about an inch longer. It does not have any knurling or grip except on the tail cap. I might recommend the T3 over this but it depends, if you want the tactical momentary push, twist for constant, which the XO3 has or the click on tail cap of the T3. The light is not waterproof, just water resistant. The warranty does not include water damage unfortunately. Over all it is a good light. It fits the Surefire V70 Speed holster bezel up or down. I would assume it will fit Surefires filters, since the bezel is the same size as the 6P. Hope this review helps.
