    Instant Holidays Co-op Travel UK Could not have been more helpful or more organised.Value for money was excellent. All arrangements were faultless.

    Have had 3 holidays with Instant Holidays all allocation on arrival and never been disappointed ! All good cheap prices! Would recommend them to anyone ! A+++

    Instant Holidays were helpful after the collapse of Seguro. They were able to arrange an alternative holiday for us within days. Although we did have to pay for it again. I have just received my refund for my original Seguro holiday. My claim was submitted in October 2008 so it does take some time for those still waiting, don't give up hope!

    Agreed a price for a specific hotel with Instant Holidays Co-op Travel. When paperwork arrived it was a completely different hotel that we had agreed.

    With the collapse of Seguro in September 2008 have tried to get refund since, Instant Holidays have not responded to ATOL repeated requests for appropriate paperwork perhaps this is because they only paid deposit of £150 to Seguro although Instant Holidays were paid in full in May 2008

    I booked a holiday with one of there home workers, we agreed a price for a package and paid a deposit. When the confirmation turned up five days later, he had booked us a completely different package with a lower grade accomodation and no car hire. Upon a complaint to his head office FUTURE TRAVEL they did nothing. No recording of the initial call, say no more.

    When you complain Instant Holidays Co-op Travel UK look to find every excuse not to compensate. They also blame every one else. Do not take any responsibilty.

    The Teletext Company found us a great holiday within half an hour we had gone through all the details and were all booked ready to go.

    The girl was informative, honest, professional and very bubbly.

    Sounded like she really enjoyed what she did!
