Bad Points: no inclusive telephone billing pakcage so still have to pay BT for phone bill
General comments: 7.5mb speed, always there and always works. Rang their customer service a few times and always get straight through to a helpful agent.
All in all a very good service. May be slightly more than some of the others, but its worth it to get the quality of service.

Lixxus offer an online account to check today's, yesterdays, this month's and last months usage. They are a reliable ISP, and they have 8Mb broadband coming. They will add extra equipment as required to your initial setup, or you can purchase your own. I bought a BT Voyager 2100 wireless router separately. No problems with service.
