Bad Points: Often I find that if I use the system late at night, there seems to be a delay, and then a system eror, comes up on the screen, and it informs me that I need to try again later.i.e during the day! Which is not very convenient!
General comments: I use AIB online banking a lot these days, I find it easy to use, and with the 'codecard', I feel it is safe!
When internet banking was called 24hr banking, I often phoned the call centre after i finish work (late at night/early morn) to be told that the system is down for maintainence, and they could not access my details, unless i called back at 8Am! less convenient.

Moreover the internet banking system doesn't allow you to change your address or telephone numbers. I use HSBC, Citibank, NAB and ING. All come with a 2FA devices that gives a second passwords, international money transfer, change of addresses etc. etc.

The Allied Irish Bank online banking account offers flexibility, so you can do just about anything that you need.
I also use Bank of Ireland and Ulster Bank online. AIB allows you far more options online, such as setting up standing orders or international fund transfers.
