Really great service even offering same day delivery slots too. The people from ocado that you meet are fantastic (drivers etc) and we were lucky to get a tour from the CFC Dordon, Midlands senior management team  and the place is amazing. The environment is state of the art with conveyors and sorters with loads of technology....nothing like a normal supermarket. “Useless delivery service which defeats the point”

Final straw. Ocado have let me down again with a delivery. I have had numerous difficulties with Ocado deliveries in the past but have stuck with them because of the quality of their food. Today, they have again confirmed that they will not be able to deliver. I have people coming for dinner tomorrow night and need to prepare food this evening. “worst delivery experience ever”

I ordered Ocado and never really had any issues with previous orders beside -don't buy fresh fruit and vegetables as you always receive the ones you would def not pick in person. I ordered because I had friends coming for dinner and my delivery slot was between 3-4pm. Nope, no one came. An hour later I called customer service and they've told me the driver is real close. I ordered online as I had a first customer voucher. Website easy to use and change. Slot for delivery was free and I could get one at short notice. On the morning, I received a text to advise the driver - would be coming and gave me the vehicle registration. I have just used Ocado for the very first time - in fact this is my first experience of online shopping and I have been very pleased. Using the website to complete my order was fast and easy, and even though I didn't order until late last night I was able to obtain a delivery slot today at 5pm today. “Failed to deliver, sent text after delivery slot”

I have or rather did have Ocado delivered every week. This week was important as I was just out of hospital and on crutches. My delivery slot was 12-1pm. I received an email saying they were running 60mins late....fair enough. However, just after 1pm I received a text from the driver saying he'd ran out of delivery time, his shift was finished. This was my first time shop and I was delighted with the deals! But the best part was the delivery, the driver was brilliant. He explained everything I needed to know as a first time shopper and even though it was 10pm and he had to bring my shopping up 3 floors he still delivered excellent service with a smile! “Missing items and rude driver”

Just got my delivery ...or sort of. 14 items missing, called Ocado customer service right away within 5 minutes and they confirmed it was a driver mistake and my goods were left in the truck. The drive never bothered turning back, I lost 3 hours waiting at home to finally hear that that the driver won't come back the evening. “Ocado worst online shop a EVER ”

The most disgraceful Shop I have ever dealt with after placing an order 4- 5 weeks ago I and my family have used up several weeks, I found out that ocado is been attempting transaction on my card unauthorised for goods I thought was paid for 5 weeks after. “Weight of itms”

Ocado claim they will refund you if an item is cheaper at Tesco. The way they play that game is not to sell items in the same weight. Eg peanut butter. I expected the 434 gm jar, which is what Tesco stock, but got the 340 gm jar. It looked good value on the web site, but I didn't notice the smaller weight. “customer service disaster ”

This was the second time I shop is ocado. I rang them to request a refund for missing items however, the agent was so rude. There was no apologies for the fact that items were missing and no explanation and she just wanted to finish the call ASAP. I wanted to know if they were in stock or not, but all she wanted is to inform me that I will be refunded. Order was late delivery arrived wet from the rain goods spoiled . Called up operator so so rude told me to dry out shopping.And that it is not their policy to refund items which could be dried out . I asked for a supervisor to speak to . He was no better and was happy to lose a good customer over refunding a few pounds absolutely disgusting service. “Over 2.5 Hours Late & Inaccurate Estimates”

It was our first time ordering for time slot 8-9am (pre-leaving for work). They sent a text around 8:15am saying that the order was on its way. Around 9:45am, I check the website, and the order status says it's estimated to be 1hr late (updated at 9:40am), so I'm expecting it to arrive at 10am. “One star is being too generous!”

I saw a fabulous deal on a bottle of Cristal champagne that seemed too good to be true. As a first time customer I found the ordering system easy and was even more pleased to find a voucher code for more money off!
