Have just spent a week with 2 teenage children 14 and 16. at Vauxhall Holiday Park, Great YArmouth. Caravan Swan was a good size a little worn but very clean, it was near to everything, the main road was a little grating but did not stop us sleeping. Was dissapointed with the outside pool very small and we did go out each day as the kids were bored. Variety of food was good but things opened up late. would not go back without taking friends for the kids.
the drinks were very expensive it cost us on average £10 a round. Asda on the doorstep so that helped, we were also able to get a bus at the main gate to take us into Yarmouth. Some teenage kids were out of control late at night but I suppose that happens everywhere.

Just returned from a weeks holiday at Vauxhall Holiday Park, Great Yarmouth.
    Good points first ...
*Great entertainment (compared to other parks)-my 6 yr old loves it.
Party dances/shows/bands/comedians etc.in the Regency room.
Adult entertainment in the Starlight room.
*Outdoor adventure play area is the best I have seen - all wooded climbing areas with zip wire ride.
*Indoor play area is fine with arcade games and Bowlingo.
*Sports bar is good with Snooker/darts/Large TV screen.
    *Caravans/Chal ...

Been to Vauxhall several times but it seems to be getting worse year on year rather than improving and this year will probably be the last time we visit and will look elsewhere next year. Have to agree with some earlier comments regarding the rudeness and appearance of staff, the entertainment at vauxhall used to be first class and is still pretty good, but it's not what it was, some of the acts are very poor compared to previous years, the entertainments team are a mess these days (they used to ...

I went to vauxhall holiday park in Great Yarmouth for 3 nights with my other half, camping in a tent. It cost us £60.00 for the three days. I really enjoyed myself. I think that the only two bad things about the park is that some of the reedcutters resturant staff are rude, and also i think that the price of drinks is way to expensive. It is like £4.00 a pint. I really enjoyed the arcade and was impressed at how big it was. I also was impressed by the enterainment. The food at reedcu ...

It is the forth time having been to vauxhall holiday park, we have been every year, just coming back yesterday, we thought the staff within the food bars was very very rude and worked very unhygenically. The entertainment in the regency room (for all ages) was very poor compared to recent years...good for kids but not for adults. There is a starlight club next door which is for over 18's only but as a family, u cannot leave your kids whilst you go have fun. There is a strict spped limit for driv ...

Vauxhall Holiday Park was very poor value for money, small site not suitable for children, allthough it gives the impression it is.....amusement arrcades in particular are again poor value, good place to go if you want a key ring tho'......the food was terrible, burnt and tasteless, put together with no thought or attention.....from obbservations it would appear to be poorly managed by managers/owners. i would strongly advise no one to go to this site...

A very good holiday site that we have been to many times over the past several years, but it could be improved. It's well located, clean and safe with reasonable facilities and great entertainment.

There's a good reason why people (like myself) keep going back year after year to Vauxhall Holiday Park! At the time of writing there are 8 days until our annual visit to Vauxhall, I'm worse than the kids for checking the calendar, advances weather forecase etc! Have been counting down since before Christmas and the wait is getting unbearable.

Louie the Lion, mascot of Vauxhall, he's better than Father Christmas for getting the children to behave. Tell your kids to behave or they won't get ...

we have just come back from Great Yarmouth, Vauxhall Holiday Parkand can i say after going there for over 25 years we were disgusted the entertainments team look unprofessional they were wearing t shirts they used to wear smart uniforms. Also they have got rid of twinspin what were they thinking apart from trying to save money they have got the entertainments team doing the disco now a bunch of monkeys could do a better job.The site is becoming more and more like a haven site and we used to go t ...

We thought Vauxhall Holiday Park was a step above Pontins/Butlins and not as pompus as Centre Parks. What an absolutely wonderful time my family had here. Everything was catered for and the staff were excellent. So much to do and not enough time in which to do it. Impressive

We have just returned from our first holiday at Vauxhall and all i can say is WOW! We have 3 kids aged 14, 13 and 6 and they all loved it so much. Myself and my family began going to the Vauxhall holiday park in May 2007 and went twice more that year. We loved it! We have been as tourers and stayed in there statics. All facilities are great and family entertainment was fantastic, found all entertainment staff to be first class, all made the kids laugh plus of course Louie the lion! The kids loved the party dances and twin spin disco, they really should make a cd of there party dances to keep the kids entertained back at home. All facilitie ...
