Good Points: Safe, attractive, pricey but excellent quality.
General comments: It's hard to find, even to envision, a car seat for dogs that will boost it, that's attractive, and relatively safe for the dog to use. The lookout is held to the car seat by the lap part of the seat belt, and a strap, like a leash, hooks from the seat belt to a harness of your doggy. Looks great in the car, easy to put in and take out, washable cover.

You need to choose your Snoozer Lookout Dog Car Seat size carefully. This is not a point and click buy. Some websites are very thorough in giving information about the sizes/models. Most are not. Visit those with the name Snoozer in their website and you will usually get the best advice as they are perfect for boosting small dogs to see out the car window, and it is nice looking, easy to put in or take out of the car.
