Good Points: Work done promptly and to a good standard. Fitters were excellent. Competitive price.

Bad Points: NONE

General comments: We recently had 8 new windows installed by Anglian and have had no problems at all. The salesman was not pushy and once we had decided to go with Anglian, the surveyor came quickly to measure up. The order was placed, and when the windows were ready they were installed in days. The fitters were really excellent! What little mess they made, they cleaned up, they were on time, friendly and just got on with the job. I haven't got a bad thing to say about them.

Asked for a rep from Anglian Home Improvements to come to give me a quote for a conservatory.Rep came promptly the next day. Found attitude odd and unprofessional, almost like trying to be a pal--most weird. Then proceeded to tell me what I wanted followed by a good 10 minutes telling me awful stories about the other firms and their ineptness and shoddy workmanship. Would never use anglian again ! I am partly to blame for this mess and stress for what i paid even after reading reviews on this site. there is no such thing as communication and you are never confident of what you are going to get. you are passed on from marketing guy who thinks he is doing favour, to surveyor who just ticks some boxes to seal your fate, then to depot then to customer services and then to sort out any issues you have. i was promissed a date which was missed, time waste, designs ...

Stay well clear of Anglian. Out of 18 panes of glass, 7 were scratched during transit. They replaced 3, buffed 2 out and now we are left with 2 windows with scratches which they refuse to replace. This is damage caused post manufacture, which Anglian are now expecting us to pay for damaged products. Poor quality product, very poor customer service, lots of stress. DO NOT USE ANGLIAN!

I had a conservatory built by Anglian just over 8 years ago and we have not had a single problem with it since that day. I am considering having all my windows replaced now and I thought I would just check some reviews. I was surprised to see some of the bad reviews because we have nothing but praise for Anglian. I will definitely be using Anglian for my windows and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Given ridiculously high quote by Anglian Home Improvements because I wouldn't sign up there and then. Surely they would get more business if they gave a sensible quote and left you to think about it. Not impressed with pushy salesman either,

Anglian Windows have left my almost 70year old friend with bulging walls, gaps in the windowframes and they never answer her calls when she asks them to fix it. She had all her windows done by Anglian, a tidy sum of money for a pensioner. Check out youtube, this is par for the course with them. (Congratulations if they did a good job for you, take a photo it's a unique experience!)

Anglian Home Improvements are an awful company to deal with. Quoted me a price and took a deposit. Then realised they had made a mistake and increased the price but didn;t tell me. I only found out when I called them to ask when the job was going to start. I cancelled the order, but then it took months to get my deposit back. Take my advice, never use them.

I have just received a letter threatening legal action from Anglian Home Improvements ltd. It has been suggested that I am in breach of contract for not allowing them on site to finish the work they started. Under the contract they are only due their money when the work has been completed. Despite having paid 80% of the value of the contract their Manager has been rude, aggressive and insulting, desperate to get the remaining money. Steer clear of this company.

I have bought windows from anglian last year ,the staff said it will be energy effient B rated windows as standard ,but they have installed C rated ,after customer service don't care about customers anymore because they have made money already,not recomend buying from anglian.

I had a door installed by Anglian Home Improvements in November, the door dropped on it's hinges which caused it to catch the frame. I called customer services who said the earliest someone could come out was in a month ( it only took them two weeks to come a fit the whole door). Three times I waited in for the engineer to come, three times they never arrived.

We had someone from Anglian Home Improvements around regarding our windows. We were looking at getting 12 windows which included bays and turning one window into a window and door. We had several salespeople come around I find sales people a bit of a headache because you never really know who to believe. After we requested a quote, Anglian provided a very over-inflated figure, which they then called us every day to lower. They were the most rude and pushy sales people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, the original salesman spouted his bigoted views and the follow-up telephone salesman were equally unpleasant. I asked for a quote for 7 windows 1 french door and one porch. the salesman took one and a half hours to work out a price of £16000.00, I laughed as I had already been quoted £5500.00 by three other companies, when I told him this he phoned his manager and eventually got the price down to £7300.00 !!!!! The house is in North Lancashire and my 92 year old Aunt lives there alone. She is intelligent, has all her faculties, but is no longer as strong or able as she once was. I ordered two windows and one front door from Anglian with £1700. This was after their sales man's discount after discount, the often mentioned sales pitch. I did not wait too long, 5 and half weeks, for the installation. But just the fitter finished the windows I found that the windows are not the type what the sales man shown me. I am over the moon with my Anglian installation. At first the sales person seemed a little pushy and I had to negotiate on price, however I signed the contract because of a good recommendation from my parents. The surveyor was thorough and within 5 weeks I had a phone call from a lovely lady in Swansea with an installing date. We agreed to a £22,000 conservatory in 2007, the problems started when they forgot to put in for the planning permission which put the completion date back by 57 days. We then had 2 different departments telling us differents dates as to when they would start. When the groundworkers turned up they were a subcontracted firm, we thought Anglian never used subcontractors. These guys then proceeded to "bodge" the drainage and down pipes.
