I always shop at the Tesco’s in North Pole Road as it’s very organised and has friendly team members who care about their customers and always provide you with excellent service.For me it’s always a pleasant shopping experience in this local Tesco. This Friday I entered Tesco while I had back pain but Sarangu made me walk out with a smile.He is very friendly and helpful at the same time and he shows a great attitude towards customers. He carried my heavy basket to the till with friendly manner as always. All his colleagues are so friendly and I feel so grateful to have such an amazing local shop which makes me feel valued as a customer. I just want to say huge thanks to Sarangu and all the lovely team who works so hard in this local Tesco to keep the customer feel satisfied and happy. I wish I could find this Vibe everywhere.

Their team engage brilliantly with the Ilkley diverse Community through various charity organisations, Ilkley Bid, Business forum and Ilkley Pride and diversity group on a regular basis. Tesco are also members of Ilkley Community Network which meets monthly and joins all parts of Ilkley life together for the good of All concerned. As normal I visites Tesco Extra on Tuesday of this week. I was able to park easily and was able to obtain all of the items I required, and with my Clubcard the bill was not excessive. My main reason for leaving a review this month is to compliment the staff. The cashier who served me was friendly, chatty without causing a delay, and very efficient. This is not uncommon with staff at this branch. While things continue as they are, I will remain a regular Tesco customer. Thank you.

I purchased an Air Fryer from Tesco in Nov 2022 I registered the 2 year warranty with Tower at the time and have the evidence of this. However in Dec 2023 the air fryer broke down. I immediately contacted Tower as per the instructions on the warranty advice and it took 3 weeks and 5 reminder e mails and 2 phone calls for them to state they would not do anything as I no longer had the original receipt despite having all the original warranty emails. I then tried to contact Tesco on line but that was a nightmare you were being referred in circles and getting nowhere the live chat wasn't working and the email to them wasn't working either.......when in the local branch and a very helpful chap advised me to bring the appliance the warranty evidence to the store which I duly did and Tesco immediately replaced the air fryer there and then they still had the same model. I am delighted at this level of service as I had never previously purchased an electrical item before but now have confidence to do so in future.

I would like to say a big thank you Tescos and especially the lady who works at the Tescos in the rushes Loughborough for donating some wonderful raffle prizes to Redgate charity shop. You helped us raise £203 towards building a new cattery at our sanctuary which will help tremendously.

I went to tesco store Hindley did a shop but it was 15.30 Sunday store closes at 16.00 so had to get round fast. I'd like more mens clothing to be honest but ots OK I did get more or less what I wanted He did a good job and was polite When he knew I was staff he smiled and asked which store. So was a pleasant suprise but like I say a nice lad

Received my first Tesco Delivery in Ripley, Derbyshire this afternoon and was very impressed with the service. I am on a new estate with very few road signs; the lady Delivery driver rang me for further instructions to my home. She was kind enough to hold up the crates for me to put the food in my bags so I didn't have to bend down. She was an absolute credit to Tesco. In this freezing weather it was lovely to have my groceries delivered; will definitely use Tesco Delivery again.

Visited Glynne Gap pharmacy last night in Bexhill with an urgent prescription that needed to be filled. We got their at five minutes before closing and instead of being turned away, the staff their went out of their way to stay behind and fill it. Extremely kind staff!

Tesco is a life support system for everyone whatever way you shop From the top down, everyone is there to support & help you in every way, we have home delivery & every driver is polite & helpful I’m proud be a Tesco customer, I include customer service too, there telephone manner speaks volumes My tittle reflects my thoughts on Tesco and will continue

I just received N online order delivered this afternoon at 2.45 and not only did the lovely driver take all the cases in to my kitchen he also unpacked it for me. As a 76 year old with COPD it was very much appreciated. Give that man a gold star ????!

Naitik is very helpful. As a new volunteer for charity group, I encountered a small issue during collection (other inexperienced staff) and I ended up having to go to Tesco Express 3 times that day. Luckily Naitik was super helpful, sorted out the situation and I able to collect and distribute food donated by Tesco to the community that need them. Well Done and Thank You Naitik for your kindness and politeness when handling the situation.

I have been having Tesco delivery service for nearly 2 months & the service of the drivers is first class the men are friendly & nothing is to much trouble.My daughter has used Tesco delivery service for about 3 yrs & also says the service is very good.

I recently purchased a tub of Ramona's Heavenly Houmous from Tesco, and it was fantastic! At last, one can buy great houmous in a supermarket without the inevitable feeling of crushing disappointment and regret upon eating it. I will most certainly be buying more, and this time will buy two tubs!

I visited the Tesco extra store in Bidston Wirral a few times over last couple of days. Each member of staff have been really pleasant and helpful but I want to mention a particular member of still that was working on the tills on each of my visits. His customer service is exceptional. He was so polite and pleasant and I hope his is recognised by his management team. Thank you for being such a polite and pleasant cashier and a merry Christmas to you .
