“Stole my money and wont even return my carrier”

I returned a leather carrier bag that i bought from them, because the product was in a really bad shape and not good quality. I returned it in 2011 October and now its March 2012....They refuse to return my money as they say they haven't received the product. Funny thing is that i have written proof that they have signed and received it. I have contacted the ECC UK Consumer safety service and they have tried to contact them twice and they wont reply back to them either. Be very careful... (read more)

Hi everyone, read this review and wanted to mention that I also got something from Puchipetwear for my dog, Tess. Got a Tshirt off a site called PEROOZLE who sell Puchi stuff. Delivery and everything was fine, and the tshirt is really good quality.
Price was the same, and I think they have a sale on at the minute.

My Boxer pup, Harry, received a Pucci Designer Petwear Dog Collar for his birthday as well as one of their brilliant Grange Hill parker jackets and he looks totally cool. He has had loads of admiring comments when we are out on walks and everyone is desperate to know where to buy one. I have left a review for the Pucci dog clothes so I will make comments on the dog collar here. Their website (www.puccipetwear.com) is based in Kent and delivery is nice and quick.
