Good Points: This gun is absolutely amazing in a humble way.
The aiming of this gun is unbelievably accurate and it only takes 3 or 4 pumps to get on your target spot-on.
You can also feel the quality of the gun just by touching it.
The gun is also fairly light for you to hold for quite a long time while aiming.
One thing you will surely enjoy is the gun's power. It looks fairly harmless but it packs an extremely adequate 800 fps.
It is also very affordable. I bought it for only 600 SGD!
Definitely value for money for every single cent!

Bad Points: This gun looks like it's been made twenty years ago.
In order to shoot small game, you need a scope.
The gun does not incorporate modern technologies, which make it simple and disinteresting to use.

General comments: Accurate, powerful and lightweight, although looks and technology is lacking.

Crosman Benjamin 397 - Pneumatic, 8 pump air rifle. Nice hardwood stock and forward grip. It is very hefty and feels like a real rifle when you hold it up to fire it. You can choose between 3 pumps to 8 pumps but all you need is 3 or 4 pumps to shoot at a target 20 or 30 yards away. It is very, very accurate and does not need adjustment from one day to the next. It did not come with a scope and I wanted a scope so I got the Crosman Benjamin Sheridan B272 scope mounts for this model. When I ...

This gun was my second gun. Going from a Red Ryder to this was a big step. It is a gun that will last a long time. It has taken a beating from how much i have used it. I have left it in the rain and dropped it a few times and it still works like new. It is also great for varmint hunting. I totally recommend it

Out of the box - and with a 1/10th of a degree turn of the rear sight in order to level it with the barrel , it is putting groups within 3 inches at 100 feet . i had one as a kid and mine was never as accurate as this one - i literally laugh at what this thing does with bare sights - i bought a 6/32 scope to mount on it ( a mil dot ) , and it's actually MORE accurate just aiming down the barrel - this is a freaking beautiful gun - I'm shooting accurately at 100 feet with just 3 pumps .... god kn ...
