Good Points: Very good fit and finish over all. Good scope( 4X) Beautiful rifling Solid shooting cycle ( little twang or vibration) Well balanced Solid scope mounts Accurate Decent power ( averages around 700 fps 22 cal.) Nice trigger action Nice muzzel break
Bad Points: Bluing a little thin.( but nicely done) Wood works nothing to brag about looks wise.
General comments: Bought this gun from the Sportsmans Guide for $ 169.00 + shipping. Beeman does a super job of packaging their Gold series guns. The scope was mounted and according to paper work attached sighted in at 10 meters by a gun smith. My gun smith was having a bad day because my scope was rotated about 5 degrees off vertical center. No big deal fixed this problem, cleaned the barrel and inspected it for obvious flaws. The rifling was jut plain beautiful as good as anything I have seen, puts my Gamo's to shame. Shooting this gun was a non event. By that I mean this gun did everything with style and grace. Smooth and competent. Everything you expect a good air rifle to do this gun does. Shoots a lot of different pellets accurately with good power ( my examples a 22). The sound of this gun is sweet and solid a joy at all levels. In my estimation you would have to spend a lot more money to get a significantly better gun than this. After only a few hundred rounds this gun acts like its been tuned. It's that good. Unfortunately it's been replaced by China clones (sad) get one while you can. If your gun is as good as mine you will be glad you did! Need I say it? Highly recommended!

I've shot .22 cal rifles and .38/9mm handguns, but we have a coyote problem on the 4 acre rural property we live on that is adjacent to a 3600 acre wooded park, so I was looking for a .22 cal pellet gun with some good power, but one small enough and light enough for my wife to handle too.
I got the Beeman GH950 .22 from Pyramyd Air because they had a great price on the .22 cal combo with the 3-9x32 AO scope mounted and sighted in from Beeman. I was impressed with Pyramyd's product knowledge a ...

I was impressed by this rifle I paid $150 for at Cabelas. The trigger was just a tad heavy for me I was pulling off of target slightly. I dropped it to around 2-2.5 lbs without danger of misfires. Though the trigger has no rough spots and is like glass up to the break. No twang, I could hear the spring rub in the tube when cocking and firing for 500-600 shots, but it didn't resonate. This rifle is very heavy, the heft allows it to stabilize well and makes it not be hold sensitive. Accuracy is su ...
