    Good Points: Great products


    Bad Points: Appalling service


    General comments: After waiting a month for a Christmas present to be delivered I phoned customer services to find out. It took me 20 minutes to get through to someone and then I was told that they needed more information other than the order number to track my order (of which I phoned again, waited another 20 minutes to be told the item had been discontinued). The supervisor I dealt with was unbelievably incompetent and only offered an apology after I told him what an appalling service it was. I will NEVER use this service again.

    I love Past Times shops and was pleased to see that they now have an online shop, so that I didn't have to fight the Christmas crowds. Their selection is very wide, unlike most shops that have just a limited selection compared to what they have in store. Their merchandise is of very high quality and they have something for everyone. It was not easy to find what I was looking for, however, as their search categories aren't as well organised as they should be. It was much easier just to use the se ...
