Overall, an excellent bang for the buck. Why they stopped production I wonder. The Crosman RM-777 is a very powerful and accurate air rifle. It is quite heavy though, that the only bad point… Read Full Review

The Crosman RM-777 shoots clean through an inch thick of pine fencing wood. It is very accurate.
Thanks to the rubber butt, it provides less recoil.
The quality of the gun is very good but that's what you get when you buy from Crosman.
The safety feature can be annoying but its there for a reason
Awesome gun, I would well recommend it… Read Full Review

I purchaced this Crosman RM-777 air rifle about 6 months ago on special as was looking for more knock down power for hunting. Well the 777 with the silver arrow 11.7 grain monsters packs a huge punch. Single shot 45 yard kill on a huge hare last weekend, the extra weight of this unit can be bothersome in the field but all is forgiven when you stop for a shot it is spot on. I Absolutely love the Crosman RM-777. It will shoot one hole groups at ten meters from a rest. The sight picture is fabulous for iron sights. Seems to be very well made, if a little heavy. All kinds of power. The automatic safety takes some getting used too and the trigger is a little strange. Not heavy, but it has no take up, just breaks. I am very disappointed that Crosman has discontinued this line… Read Full Review

I was impressed with the power of this gun. I wanted something over 1000 fps. The muzzle break is quite good, as retort is pretty soft. I had heard of some "magnum" guns having a blast that sounded like a 22 rimfire going off. Not the case with the 777. Accuracy? I am still getting some feel for this. Looks pretty good though. For the money, I got what I was looking for. Power, quiet operation, accuracy . . for around $200… Read Full Review
