Good Points: No initial credit check Can speak to someone who knows what they're talking about Webchat service
Bad Points: The first rate offered wasn't available after a credit check, but I was warned this could happen
General comments: My loan hasn't gone through yet, and I have just got it approved today, but the webchat service was a great idea (I could use it while at work), and I spoke to someone at Netloans who was able to talk me through the options, not just a telesales person.

I was looking around many websites for a quote, Net Loans was one of many offering very attractive rates. There were some questions I wanted to ask before I made a full application. On their site there is a chat service where you can ask questions without committing to an application. They answered my questions but I still just wanted a quote without being credit searched. Although Net Loans offered similar rates to other brokers, their service was excellent, keeping me informed. I was looked after by the same person all the way through the process. I have had loans from other bigger brokers before, but I would not go anywhere but Net loans in the future.

Net Loans offered a very similar loan to other brokers, but their personal touch and real willingness to help made me feel I was really being looked after and getting the best deal.

Netloans offer excellent service standards and they are ultra efficient. They offer great rates and have friendly experienced staff.
Overall, they are a very efficient and friendly company. I will be recommending them to friends and family if they require a secured loan. The staff are very informative, and they aren't pushy.
