Littlewoods is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. It took them 4 months to resolve an issue that was their fault and that was impacting on my credit rating. It caused me a lot of stress to say the least, and they couldn't have cared less! Their customer service is appalling, as is how they treat their customers in general. “If I really hated someone I would recommend these bunch! ”

How are these 'people' still in business? Welch on offer deals, try and bamboozle with misleading buy now pay later and cash back deals and destroy any remaining shred of confidence with an African call centre that couldn't care a less about anyone. Impossible to contact complaints directly.... I wonder why? Have paid off my account early just to get away and it's fantastic to be shot of these horrible excuses, come on in people the waters lovely. “Unprofessional money grabbers”

I cannot believe how unprofessional Littlewoods are. They are very quick to take money out of your bank account but they will not give you a call back when they say they will, they do not want to deal with any complaints too. They put the phone down on customers, they ignore emails and the customer service advisors cannot seem to understand what you are trying to explain to them and do not know how to resolve problems without putting you on hold for long periods of time. “Appalling Company (have closed Account after 24 years)”

Customer Service is non-existent – it’s virtually impossible to contact them, you can’t find an email address anywhere on their Website and they don’t respond to messages sent through their website, and you’d need to be Sherlock Holmes to get a phone number. “Insurance not worth the paper its printed on”

I purchased furniture cover for accidental damage. The furniture needed repairing so arranged for an assessor to view. Accused us of jumping on the furniture which is not true put a charge on my account which should have been covered by accidental damage insurance and now no department wants to refund and still have not received a repair. I was a customer of kandco for many years with no problems whatsoever. Littlewoods took over and I'm disgusted with the extremely poor quality of the items they sell along with the outrageous customer service they provide. I have so far been supplied with 2 broken fridge freezers and now a garden shed which has fallen apart within 6 weeks. “Ripped matress”

Had a bed and new mattress delivered..after the delivery men left I discovered a massive rip in the mattress and all the boxes containing the bed parts are ripped and bumped. This is ridiculous! Was told 1-3 working days to get it returned but we have already got rid of our old bed and mattress so now have no where to sleep. “Agents in call centre not in UK & do not understand UK law”

I bought an LG Direct Drive washing machine in 2013 & paid around £700 fr it. I chose to pay extra on my instalments to ensure it was paid off quickly. Unfortunately for me, my machine has a fault. “Washer/dryer that never arrived!”

I joined Which to choose a good washer/dryer. The ZanussiZWD71663 came up as a best buy with Littlewoods being one of the suppliers on the list so i went with them. “Total lack of Customer Service ”

I have been trying to resolve a query on my account for over a week, made numerous calls being pushed from pillar to post, get through to an Indian call centre where they can barely understand you, put on hold for a manager for 45 minuets only to be told that he cannot help and would need to speak to another department that is now closed !!!! “Appalling service”

March last year, we ordered a minky soft closing toilet seat,the mechanism on the seat failed on Saturday. So for £44 the seat has lasted less than 11 months. “Rewards points removed ”

Shocking company to deal with . The words customer service and customer retention seem lost on Littlewoods . I had £90 worth rewards that I intended to use , however they changed the terms and conditions putting on a 6 month time limit so when I went to use the rewards scheme they were not there.
