    Littlewoods EUROPE...forget it!! When I asked about the dimensions of fitted sheets their e-mail reply was bed sizes in imperial measurements....they obviously don't realise that in Europe we are all metric...perhaps someone could tell them. I have tried 4 times to place an order and when you come to checkout it just freezes....don't they want to t sell any goods??? The help line people are totally inadequate, I suspect nobody responsible in charge....I shall go to the Dunelm website and see if they are any better and for the Katie Melua CD I wanted, well, its cheaper at Amazon and their website and delivery are so much better.

    DVD player, slim, black, looks good and excellent value for money. Plain and simple just as required. Placed order on website arrived 2 days later. Never had a problem with staff or courier service. I pay my account via website haven't found a problem there.

    to the lady who said only people who complain write reviews here.well i think you must be one of there so called custom service people.the service from the arrears person was not satisfactory.i had an agreement with them to pay £25 for two month when i was in hospital and then get back to my original payment.now today im being charged £12 per payment for being in arrears.the whole point of me reducing my payments was so i would'nt get into arrears.but according to this person she cant speak fo ...

    No prior notifications from the couriers. One item delivered incomplete and 3 weeks late. Account tracking online incorrect and not updated. Customer service very little help and very unresponsive by email. DO NOT USE LITTLEWOODS TO BUY ANYTHING!!! A star rating of 1 is generous, but system wouldn't let me give zero!

    OMG.     Me and my partner bought the furniture from Littlewoods only to recieve the wardrobes where broken, the glass front had been completely smashed, we sent it back wich was fine untill they sent the wrong pieces back. We finally got the correct pieces a few weeks on however the wardrobe is now broke again, the weight off the doors has completely ripped the screw fixings out of the framework, Not a happy chappy

    I have never had a problem with Littlewoods. then i ordered a bed over 5 weeks ago, was meant to be delivered within 3 weeks, never got it, so i rang them up, they just said its on its way, still no bed arrivered. had numerous calls with them, they said they putting it thro to specialist track n trace team, and i would hear something within 48 hours, never heard a thing even tho i was told this 2 times previous, checked account and they took bed off my orders and refunded the money without even ...

    I had acounts with littlewoods all payments up to date, then someone phoned me to inform me they had cancelled all my acounts with out any reason.
    And i could not speak to anyone. I still can not belive they would treat good paying customers this way.

    I ordered a radio on the 8th December from Littlewoods.
    When I had not received it by the 16th I phoned the customer services line to be told 'well they have tried to deliver it on the 11, 12 and 13th and you should have received a card'. I had not received any cards and asked if they could re-deliver the next day and I would get my boyfriend to stay in.     Placed order for bed, order accepted and delivery date given on my account details.I phoned the day before delivery only to be told the bed was still in a container some where and I would be contacted in a couple of days for delivery.I received no call from them.I have phoned their customer services department seven or eight times over the past two weeks and got no where but promises that that some one will phone me back.

    Very annoyed that an item I expected to arrive a few days after purchase (after selecting 3 day delivery option for £25 more) turned out to not even have been ordered.

    Whilst I appreciate that order/computer errors occur the person at the other end of the phone seemed unhelpful and unsympathetic to me and actually suggested that I must've done something wrong for it not to complete - even though I had my order reference and payment breakdown print-off on a piece of paper in front of me!

    I have just tried to order two coffee tables from Littlewoods. Littlewoods Direct could not take an order more than seven days in advance of delivery, so I had to phone back seven days before I wanted the products.

    I have nothing good to say about this company. None of their staff I have dealt with seemed to know how the company operates. The one thing they can say is, I don't know how to help you sorry. I am still waiting for a delivery that was due two weeks ago, which I was told was on the way and now I have to wait another six weeks.     Found Littlewoods unhelpful, received no replies to my emails. Was unable to speak to a manager, and their furniture items are too expensive.

    They offer me a ten per cent off wardrobes, I have had 3 delivered and still they are all wrong and broken.

    I have been with Littlewoods now for almost 3 and a half years and I have never had a problem with them I have brought among a few things televisions beds lots of clothes and shoes. I used to do everything on the phone with them and have always found there staff helpful and very polite. I now use the online service to make payment order items and keep an eye on my account which is better for me. I wanted to write this review because usually only people with bad things to say ever do.

    I've had problems with Littlewoods before in 2005 where a chest of drawers was delivered which couldn't be assembled (problems with the way certain holes were drilled). It took Littlewoods nearly 3 months to collect the item, and then, rather than reimburse me '£70, they kept adding the amount to the bill until I supposedly owed them '£210.     I have been trying to make a complaint about their collection service and not one person will give me a managers name to contact. I think the after sales service is disgraceful. I have been called three times with dates and times for collection, I have taken time off work to be there and nobody turned up, I complained to the collection service to no avail, when I try to involve littlewoods they do not want to know.     Littlewoods used to be good a few years ago, before they restructured and got rid of Index. They are not able to elevate complaints or give honest answers. We have had several letters explaining where the item is...all contradict each other... Littlewoods blame "the couriers". Bosch told me that the couriers, White Arrow / Reality / Home Express are part of Littlewoods! Something customer services at Littlewoods didn't tell me!
