I have been a customer for 15 years now and must say the customer service is getting shocking. Half the the time you can not understand the agents and they cant understand you. I have had agents back chatting when ringing them with issues littlewoods have caused, I have been lied to in relation to orders and delivery. “Washer/dryer that never arrived!”

I joined Which to choose a good washer/dryer. The ZanussiZWD71663 came up as a best buy with Littlewoods being one of the suppliers on the list so i went with them. I paid on Feb 29th they said it would be delivered March 14th which i thought was a bit of a long time but i siad ok. Afew days later igot a txt to say the delivery was delayed. “insurances rip off”

“Total lack of Customer Service ”

I have been trying to resolve a query on my account for over a week, made numerous calls being pushed from pillar to post, get through to an Indian call centre where they can barely understand you, put on hold for a manager for 45 minuets only to be told that he cannot help and would need to speak to another department that is now closed !!!! “Appalling service”

March last year, we ordered a minky soft closing toilet seat,the mechanism on the seat failed on Saturday. So for £44 the seat has lasted less than 11 months. The previous minky seat lasted for at least 5 years possibly longer, unable to make contact with the company via email, the only option was a live online chat. “Rewards points removed ”

Shocking company to deal with . The words customer service and customer retention seem lost on Littlewoods . I had £90 worth rewards that I intended to use , however they changed the terms and conditions putting on a 6 month time limit so when I went to use the rewards scheme they were not there. “Extremely poor customer service”

The past year little woods have let me down three times . currently they have forced me to keep a fridge/ freezer made by swan (£650 roughly). I brought this item in October 2014. The fridge stopped working and only because my daughter noticed it wasn't cold and food was going bad did I realise, the freezer was frozen solid with ice all over.I called little woods and they made me contact swan directly. “Do Not USE!”

A disgraceful company who charge over the top interest for a mediocre service. On top of that,if you ever want to close the account they will not comply. 5 calls, 2 emails all requesting account closure. Littlewoods advisors assure you its being done but never actually do it. “Hopeless Tv repair service”

Bought a large TV in April, it went wrong soon after, took it away, returned some three weeks later, went wrong again , told them, nothing from them after a month, so called again, had to wait a wekk again . “Time Wasters”

Promised to pick up items and they have yet to pick up these items after 7 days and they are still sitting in my house. Utterly poor service from your staff. I would never recommend Littlewoods to any of my friends or family and would go as far too say that they should boycott Littlewoods all together unless radical changes are made to its customer services. Purchased a jumper for my mother for delivery two days later didn't arrive so sent e- mails and phone calls first email said a reply in 6hours second e- mail said 16 hours . AWFUL... JUST AWFUL Basically I ordered a bed from them over 6 weeks ago, I only ordered this one because of the delivery dates and I needed it by a certain date, they forgot to put it on the lorry and I wasted a days unpaid leave. I was then promised another delivery date.. once again they didn't show, so I cancelled the order as I needed the bed asap and they couldn't do it. The only way to get a resolve is to contact Head office complaints department. The excellent gentleman there dealt with it within 24 hours, very polite too. Since then I have been trying to close my account using email but as usual no response so will have to contact Head office again.

I have tried this too! I have sent three letters of complaint, sending a copy to the head of customer excellence, and when I finally was allowed to actually speak to them after I went on facebook and started complaining there it turned out that they did not actually put through my first complaint to the correct department a week earlier, meaning that only my second and third complaint went through and I have to wait another two weeks until I hear anything! Another mess up!!!!!! I am getting so frustrated and stressed about all of this, it's a lot of money and has put a real strain on me financially.. at a total loss.
