I have bought from Littlewoods for years and never had any trouble. Their delivery has always been good. But..........I sent for items on their 'have now pay within the year without incurring interest' amazing idea. However, they show the items on a statement INCLUDING THE INTEREST which is very confusing indeed. I have bought quite a bit of stuff from Littlewoods, i do find their delivery time to be very slow , it could take up to 2 weeks for delivery , iv'e gotten stuff from china quicker . “The worst service I have ever experienced, or even...”

AWFUL... JUST AWFUL Basically I ordered a bed from them over 6 weeks ago, I only ordered this one because of the delivery dates and I needed it by a certain date, they forgot to put it on the lorry and I wasted a days unpaid leave. I was then promised another delivery date.. once again they didn't show, so I cancelled the order as I needed the bed asap and they couldn't do it. The only way to get a resolve is to contact Head office complaints department. The excellent gentleman there dealt with it within 24 hours, very polite too. Since then I have been trying to close my account using email but as usual no response so will have to contact Head office again.

I have tried this too! I have sent three letters of complaint, sending a copy to the head of customer excellence, and when I finally was allowed to actually speak to them after I went on facebook and started complaining there it turned out that they did not actually put through my first complaint to the correct department a week earlier, meaning that only my second and third complaint went through and I have to wait another two weeks until I hear anything! Another mess up!!!!!! I am getting so frustrated and stressed about all of this, it's a lot of money and has put a real strain on me financially.. at a total loss.

“Falsely sold item”

Hi, I bought an iPad for my partner back in jan 2013 it was a wifi 4G 16g or so I thort until I attempted to put a new EE 4G SIM card in it. I find it most interesting though that a person can open an account in anyone's name and provided they know all the appropriate details can ensure that the account is registered even without the knowledge of the person whose name they have used. “Take too long to credit account”

Account opened to purchase holiday clothes for family, knowing I can pay off in instalments makes it easier financially, however my gripe is that they take far too long to credit account with returned items. My limit is 500, which I had almost reached with previous orders, but I know that I've returned over £250 worth of items nearly 3 weeks ago, yet still to be credited, and unable to order anything else! We usually advise to allow 14 days from the date of return for items to be credited from your account. This is increased to 21 days for electrical or furniture items as these may require more in-depth inspection in our Returns Centre.

If you have returned items to us over 14 days ago that have not yet been credited from your account then you can contact us at Help@littlewoods.co.uk and we can look into this for you. Please enclose details of the Returns Receipt you would have been given when returning the parcel.
