    Good Points: Goods in stock, friendly staff, helpful and honest.


    Bad Points: No more companies like this!


    General comments: I was a little worried as I had no right rear indicator on my Peugeot 206cc, you'd be amazed at how many times you need to turn right. So I drove down to Fletchers in my lunch hour and purchased a bulb from them. The girl at the counter said she would fit it, she was happy to fit it on the car park, only it involved taking out the whole light, etc! Before I knew it, three men were around the car helping and they then left it to one of the workshop guys to fit it. I was in and out in 10 minutes and the guy wouldn't have any money from me, but I left £5 on the side for him (the only cash on me), so all in all the bulb was less than £2 and I paid £5 voluntarily to fit it.

    It really is nice to know that there are still people/companies out there showing good will! Nice one!
