“Worst service ever!!!!”

First of all when you order anything online and pay, they will come back and say they have cancelled the order. This is happened several times. They get away with it legally as it is an invitation to treat. WHY DON'T THEY JUST SAY BEFORE ORDERING ITS OUT OF STOCK, ITS NOT THAT HARD!!!. After waiting couple weeks for the order to arrive only half the product arrives this wasnt too bad as it was an international order (item was a pyjamas SET I ordered as a gift). “Furdeco - rude, aggressive, disrespectful”

furdeco delivered my Debenhams order. Three men arrived. The main man was aggressive in his nature. Argued about access into my home. Then two of them hurriedly tore at the packaging after demanding a knife or scissors from me. They pushed the furniture across my wooden floor showing NO respect therefore I now have deep scrapes and marks which I have had to work on. “On line being misled”

Have ordered 2 T shirts for click and collect - Not available - on line delivery free only. Sounds like a great deal. 10 days ago they took my money with a 4-5 day (already sub standard delivery terms compared to the rest of the high st) delivery lead time. Still waiting as customer services say it takes them 3 days from my call to get a reply from the agent, in this case Regatta. “Furdeco Delivery shocking”

Debenhams use Furdeco delivery, they are a terrible company, delivery dates done by text which you have to reply yes or no too, then they text back and say they will be in touch within 72 hours! Do not hear nothing for 5 days and have to call them, which was no help as they said there system is down! Still hear nothing for days and then get another text with a delivery date which is good! “Terrible Service from start to finish!”

I ordered a premium fragrance gift set online, to be collected from a store. The confirmation mail said it would be ready to collect at noon on the 17th. However on the 17th, I received a mail, sent at 13.26 apologising that there was a "slight delay" and they would let me know when it was ready to collect. Ordered a vacuum in the sale on 27th December , it arrived promptly but was the wrong one.They then sent out another and again it was incorrect and I was then told they had not got the one I ordered in stock. A courier collection was arranged and the two incorrect vacuums were collected on January 6th. It is now the 5th of February and i have still not received the refund. Ordered an item from this site and it arrived within the reasonable time, which was great as I'm in Portugal and I always expect some delay. The payment was simple and the only thing I'm disappointed with was the fact of never getting the promised tracking number. “Poor and inaccurate communication”

I ordered two items online and decided to 'click and collect' to save myself a few pounds. It said that my items would be ready to collect after 12pm on Saturday. My husband and I made a special trip to the city to pick up these items as on the tracker it said that one item had been delivered to store and the other item had been dispatched so would arrive on that morning's delivery. “Scheduled delivery failed to come and no phone contact”

On friday I phoned confirmation for delivery with Furdeco who deliver for Debenhams and received their confirmation text. Delivery was scheduled for between 8am and 11am yesterday(sunday). They have my mobile number and asked for home number in case of problems. I waited home all day but no delivery and no contact regarding why. Order no 700008543407 Ordered on 28 th nov, still waiting on 16 th dec. have rang 6 times, I am now expected to ring their couriers to track my order. I bought from debenhams and the not the couriers. Debenhams need to get in touch with the courier and inform me on where my order is. Very noisy although makes a nice coffee you only get six pods with this machine. Three coffee and three mik, instructions very unclear on the krups, pictures no writing instructions , Easier to read on line. “USLESS DELIVERY SYSTEM ”

I ordered 2 items. One being the Clarisonic and one some make up. i received the order promptly but when opening it only one of the items has been sent to me. i paid for both and the delivery note stated both had been shipped to me. To top this off the clarisonic which i had spent over £100 had been opened and the box was ripped. Like it has just been picked up of a shelf in a store! it didn't look brand new at all. “Dress was so creased spent over an hour ironing it”

Called customer services charged for the pleasure they could not get thru so asked me to call the store as they are not allowed to call customers back. A frustrating and costly experience. John Lewis gave me quick clear accurate information ordered they are a dream to deal with.
