Good Points: £32 for 3 courses is excellent value for money. If this chef hasn't got a Michelin star, then he is well on his way to obtaining one. Any chef who provides the choice of 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts is very confident of his abilities, and we were certainly not disappointed. The meal was equally as good as 'Hibiscus' in Ludlow 3-4 years ago, and could give 'Le Chaupignon Sauvage' in Cheltenham a run for its money. Every single item on the plate deserved to be there.

General comments: Just to relax in the lounge with a drink whilst I am perusing the menu, nibbling on interesting and delicious treats is delightful and prepared me for a real treat.I love it when chef provides delightful little samples between courses. It really shows that someone lives and breathes food and wants to share their inventions with others. It is a pleasure to be served by waiters who actually care about food and wine and can hold a decent conversation. For a meal you will not forget, I can highly recommend Ynyshir Hall.
