    Good Points: None!

    Bad Points: Room and male receptionist.

    General comments: Not surprised there is only one review and it was 2 years ago. Was relocated to this hotel after being sent fron San Antonio Hotel and Spa as they had double-booked ours and it appears everyone else who arrived that day. Santana room was miniscule and drab. We refused to stay and informed the manager at San Antonio that we wanted a flight home immediately or another hotel and was given a room at the Dolmen Hotel.

    Have revisited the Santana Qawra Hotel 3 times and stayed there with friends. Central. Pleasant surroundings. Helpful on day of departure - always a plus I feel. Extremely helpful in times of crisis (accident in middle of night).
