    I bought a tankini from figleaves.com becuase it was described as having removable foam inserts in the bra section. However, when it arrived this was not the case. I feel that I was mislead by the description on the website, which was very disappointing. I will not be shopping with them again.

    I was a loyal figleaves shopper till now. I purchased many items on sale, checking the return policy which clearly stated that items are returnable: so I placed a second order! They claim that since the return policy is now different they cannot accept returns - so now I need to take this up with my credit card company! Even their customer service rep said that the items were returnable when I purchased them but they will not give me the address to return them. Such a pity as it was a good reso ...

    The Figleaves clearance site seems to conceal the fact that no exchange or refund is possible. They refused to let me exchange a bra for a different size, referring me to a page entitled "order status", deep inside the "help" pages, where they state that they don't accept returns or exchanges. Thanks - so I'm left with the wrong-sized bra, still expensive even on the returns site.     I have used Figleaves.com a few times to buy underwear and I have always been 100% satisfied with the products! I will definitely continue shopping here!

    Have bought from them several times before and have been pleased every time. Once you've bought from them once you can receive their newsletter which is always well designed, and often offers free delivery with a promotional code!

    The Figleaves bras were priced better than retail. The search for size, brand and price was very easy to set up.

    It has an excellent product finder system where whatever style, size or colour you are looking for, you just enter the details and a wonderful display of items appear. The store also sells swimwear,hosiery and maternity underwear.
