Got me to come in due to a 70% off special and would not tell me their prices in advance. Their "consultant" was as sleezy as a used car salesman and they still tried to charge me 5-10 times the going rate. Don't go here, even electrolasis would be cheeper (and more effective) than what they are trying to charge people. (read more)

I had underarms, lower leg, and bikini line done 5 years ago. It cost me about $5000, but I'm very happy...still. I followed their instructions never to shave those areas again after my final treatments. I occasionally get a few hairs that are fine and easy (painless) to pluck. When I say a "few" a mean 8 on my legs, 3 under my arms and 2 in my bikini line. So, few enough to actually count. I never went back for a "touch up" because I don't feel it's necessary. “Ideal Image= FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!”

Ideal Imagea is just full of false advertisement! They state they have a "Lifetime Warranty" which turns out to be one of their many rip-offs. You have to pay some arbitrary amount for EACH treatment area you want re-touched after the treatments covered on the original deal are over. Two different employees gave me two different prices for the touch ups of the same areas. I originally chose Ideal Image over the million other laser hair removal centers because they state to have a 'Lifetime Guarantee.' I paid for the guaranteed for life laser hair removal and they just stopped treating me. I've called corporate and they keep giving me the run around, saying that I should expect a phone call within 24 hours. Stay away from this place! I will not spend a dime at Ideal Image. First of all you can't find their prices anywhere. That's because they want to get you into their office and try to pressure you into committing thousands of dollars right then and there. It was an okay place. When you go to a consultation the lady takes you into a room where they talk numbers. She tried to sell me a package where I purchase 9 treatments today and get them 1/2 off. My payments would have been $98/36 months. $3,528 for upper lip and chin area. Doesn't seem so bad, but the treatments are 8 weeks apart. On my first visit I was told I was good candidate for treatment and that IDEAL Image would be much better than where I had been going for laser hair removal. The results of my first treatment was good at first, as expected there was shedding, but after about three weeks it was the same as my previous treatments at another Dr's office (for $150 per treatment). I am disappointed with my results from Ideal Image. Their prices are through the roof expensive and my results haven't lasted long at all! They first tell you the amazing things about laser hair removal, they try to put you in a good mood offering you a drink (they only do that with potential new clients). same here, ive been going since 2009 spent almost $5k and still going due to poor results... ideal image was only trying to give my $581.00 of my money back since i was done going through the pain and spending $40 every couple of months on numbing cream, i am so upset i wish i could sue or will try since results are suppose to be 85% to 100%, again i've been going for three years now and my results are about 60%, and as far as the pain they for sure need to be honest about it doesn't hurt, if i were to test it out before i would have kept my money...

Because I hadn't started treatment, I actually ended up getting a full refund; no penalties, surcharges, or fees.
I was told that I probably would never get the seem deal (70% off) and that I couldn't get my legs treated in the future since I cancelled, but the next sentence was, "But we're here if you change your mind". Huh?
P.S. I never received the return call from the customer service supervisor.

They are very sweet when enrolling you in to their plan. Then they dont care about you anymore as you have signed a contract. Customer care sucks and the appointment flexibility dwindles once you are under their contract. Stay away... you are better off your local doctor office doing hair removal for you. (read more)

I came to ideal image thinking Black Friday was a great deal. When I didn't get approved I asked my aunt What Place she went to. I thought getting two areas of my body done would be an awesome deal until I Gould out that was too much. I spoke with Lazer skin care of American in Attleboro and they gave be the best deal. I purchased a full-body package for my wife at $5500 back in 2007. Her plan was for 9 full body treatments, split up into 2-3 sessions each (20-30 total sessions). She was told that by the 3rd or 4th session, she would see significant results. She was also told that she was a perfect candidate since she has light skin and dark hair. I went today for my appointment which I was told on the phone would take one hour. The young lady asked me why I was there, and I explained ingrown hair was my problem. She explained the laser would take the hair permamently and I would not have this problem again. Ideal image, for shame! They pull you in by giving the 50, 60, and 70 percent off. However, they raise the "original price" of their business. In the end your gonna pay about the same. I know a similar review was written on this site. That person is correct. The 70 percent off is only with the last area you want done. Did not know what to expect when I got there and my head was not where it should have been. Be sure to read everything thoroughly! This company has all the rights and you have none. Made a BIG mistake by signing and am stuck. This company is way overpriced. Even with 50%, 60% and 70% off as they are advertising. This place was great. I used the Strongsville OH location and couldnt be more pleased. The staff was extremly nice and informative. I didnt feel like I was pressured into a sale or the facts were scewed to make me think it was a smarter buy (its a great one by the way). I had an appointment on Friday at 5pm. I left work early to make my appointment. Once there I waited until 5:30pm before asking the front desk person if it would be much longer. She went to the back and came back and said it would be 10-15 minutes more. I then left and asked that someone in a supervisory position contact me. I am SO relieved to see a contact tool to reach Corporate for this company!! Please help me!! I went in for a consultation to the Altamonte Spgs, Fla. center, and was so enamored with the experience that I signed all the papers for $6500 worth of service, without even taking the time that I should have to carefully consider the financial obligation I was making! I have always heard that a consumer has 3 business days to opt out of any contract. I e-mailed the director within 2 days and told her that I needed to cancel this. This is much more money than I had anticipated, and simply cannot afford it. I was told this contract is binding and that there is nothing I can do to get out of it. I asked her for a number to contact corporate and was told all communication had to be through their center, The most she would do was let me cancel half of what I signed up for. I need to cancel all of it!! I simply can't pay this kind of money!! PLEASE help me!!! Suzan

I am pretty certain that Florida law is that you have 3 days to cancel ANY contract. I would send them a certified letter requesting the cancellation, detailing the contact you have already had with the company regarding canceling.

“BIGGEST SCAM EVER”

Don't do it. I wasted many hours including time off work along with thousands of dollars and if you confront them about it they'll try to convince you that you have a hormonal problem, which my primary care provider confirmed otherwise. I agree, I paid a lot up front. I've been going for over two years and I still have hair.
It's black(not grey, red, etc....).Had hormones checked out to see if that was the problem and it came back fine.
I didn't read the fine print, but I'm sure the company's attorney made the contract up that will cover their ass.
