  So far I am highly disappointed with ideal image in Jacksonville, FL. Their customer service skills are a joke. When they tell me it will be three months to fit me into their schedule when I am paying this much money...it AMAZES ME. They should cater to my schedule. I would NEVER recommend ideal image to anyone in the Jacksonville area.

  Before I went price shopping I read over all these reviews on the Web. I work as a Marketing Director, so whenever I see blatant bashing of a particular company, you can pretty much guess it's coming from competition, not a real customer.

  I wanted to get quotes from various places that offered laser hair removal before I made my decision. One of them was the very secretive Ideal Image. I almost fell off my seat when they quoted me an amount 3 times that of other 'pay as you go' smaller medical spas I looked into. I decided on a small med spa who told me more about IE sales tactics. Warning...Don't get pushed into their contract and financing stuff...they are a rip off. They will tell you their price is 50% off that week.. ...

  I was told packages are customized and no price givien on website or over phone. My cousin purchased bikini & legs in Arlington for $5200 (she's a size 16). I was offered bikini and legs at the Plano clinic for $5250 (im a size 8). I didnt purchase and my cousin in the process of trying to get a refund. Ideal Image is a SCAM!!

  Ok all you ideal image "guests", your freakn' me out!!!!!!! Why guests and not patients?? I just got scammed or I mean signed on to the wonderful chain in NC a week ago. You are so correct. I was pushed into signing a payment credit card option, its been a week and still no word of my 1st appointment?? They have told me that they are always "booked" up. That was the first red flag.   For starters, they should call themselves Ideal Idiots not Ideal Image. I paid $5,000 for my chest, abs back and upper arms after going to American Laser which used an IPL. Ideal Image assured me that they were experts and used true candela lasers and have a lifetime guarantee. The lifetime guarantee is garbage, they charge you a dollar a pulse or 10% of the purchase price, after your first five treatments and four following touch ups.   I'm having my underarms and my bikini line treated.
  
  My underarms were done 3 weeks ago. It onIy took about 3 minutes for the procedure. Afetr 3 weeks, I still don't have hair there! The skin is softer than it's ever been and NO BUMPS!!!!!!!!

  I highly recommend Ideal Image (Boise, ID). I have had 5 treatments on my legs and I never shave any more! I used to have to shave daily because my hair was so dark and thick. I'm not gonna lie, it was not completely painless. But, it sure beats shaving everyday. Even though it was costly, it has been worth every penny. I have always found the staff to be attentive and helpful. No customer service complaints.

  I have my third treatment at Ideal Image tomorrow..I am nervous bc I noticed hair on my face in places I have never had hair and most of it has grown back , darker and more of it...I paid $4000 for a full face and they did my neck at no extra cost.   I had laser hair removal at Ideal Image in Austin at both locations, North and South. My facial hair has always been a problem for me and I had gotten to the point that I just couldn't handle it anymore.   I will be shopping around for laser hair removal. Ideal Image Laser Hair Removal quoted me a price of $4941 for my lip, chin and neck. The friends who referred me to the exact same location are paying less than half of that price.

  First of all, the consultant at ideal image laser hair removal didn't examine the hair in places I elected to have treatment. Had she, she would have noted that I wanted a lot of peach fuzz removed...the contract specifically says that peach fuzz doesn't respond to laser hair treatment. Secondly, the consultant went on and on, acting like I was getting a STEAL for what I was paying ($7,000 for 4 full body treatments).   The treatment at Ideal Image Laser Hair Removal did not work for me after spending over two years in treatement and thousands of dollars trying to have hair on my face and arms removed. I followed all instructions carefully while in treatment and it only removed about 50% of the hair. It still has not been over a year since my last treatment so I am sure more will grow back.

  This did not work for me. $7600 later I am devastated and hairier than before... After 2 yrs and $7600 I am hairier in some places than before (facial hair) however have lost about 25% of my hair on my bikini line (still not sufficient for what they guarantee).   I'm a customer at Waterford Lakes Ideal Image Laser Hair Removal. My husband bought me a gift cert. for my 30th birthday and I was so excited. NOT ANY MORE!!!   I was given my Ideal Image Laser Hair Remova treatments for my High School Graduation and I absolutely love it! It hurts like crazy, I'm constantly comparing it to little pieces of duct tape being pulled off, but for me it's worth it. I got my legs and under arms done.
