Good Points: Good picture and nice unit with detachable speakers & stand included.

Bad Points: Slow response to channel changing and having to 'page' through to get to the auxiliary channels.

General comments: Nice television, has now gone faulty but having tried to contact them through their helpline and got an answering machine for over a month now, I now regret buying a Tevion product.

The Tevion TPDP42HP is not a bad style picture, but the service is absolutely abysmal they even said they picked it up, i have phoned and waited in for over 2 weeks and still noone has been or rang yet. Overall, I want my money returned

Contacting the Medion Helpline was somewhat difficult but after a call into ALDI head office it worked. The lady was trying her best and rattled down a number of questions but after insisting accepted that the unit was faulty. An engineer would be sent out within a few days. Again, unacceptable to me. When you spend a grand on a TV you want to use it!

If you get a unit that works it's fantastic value for money!
