The Crosman Phantom 1000 has lots of power, durable and field- worthy, and it's not picky with pellets. (I am currently using Daisy Flat-nosed. About 4 bucks for 500 and have achieved terrific results.) Great for small game hunting. I have now put about 1200 rounds through the Phantom and have taken a couple of raccoons, a few rabbits, and around 2 dozen squirrels. Lots of fun and very durable. I use it everyday and will continue to do so until small game season ends in Fl.

    The CenterPoint sco ...

The Crosman Phantom 1000 is strong, has a good sleak design and is packed with lots of power. It's weight feels good in your hand too.

I bought the .22 cal Canadian model and overall this gun is awesome for the money, if mine broke I would buy a identical gun, would recommend this to anyone.

The Crosman Phantom 1000 is a good gun for the money i found it very accurate the scope is not the best but good enough for a pellet gun I would just buy the gun without it. Not that hard to break just give it a little slap with your hand and it comes open. I think it is a great gun.

I love this Crosman Phantom 1000 gun. It looks modern and sleek, like a serpent. From about 25-30 feet I can hit a two inch diameter bulls eye every single time, with or without the scope. I'm pretty sure if you rigged it up to a scope calibration mount that doesn't let it change position between shots you could almost put two pellets down the same hole. On a day with no wind of course. I haven't had a chance to shoot it at long range targets, but I'm itching to see how it does from 150 feet. It ...

Overall I love the gun. This is my first air gun and it is lightwieght and easy to target i had a little trouble manuvering the barrel but i got it in no time.
Only bad point is that I cant seem to find anywhere online if there is a shoulder strap accessory for walking through the woods

I found this fun to be well assembled. I actually liked the fact that its not an extremely light weight gun. I cant wait to see if a .22 cal comes out. The Crosman Phantom 1000 is hard to pump at first but has a great look and loads of power.

Had a hard time with the cocking at first. Learned that if you bump the top of the barrel with your palm, it will break open easily to cock. Maybe this is common knowledge, but blew me and the manager of Gander Mountain's mind. Plus, I've had a hard time mounting the scope. Got it on, but not centered and could not dial it over far enough to get it on paper. I'm gonna try again later.

Love the gun but where is the .22 caliber version??? I mean the RWS 34 Panther is great but is $200.00. If Crosman would make the Phantom available in .22 caliber (which is really what you should be using for hunting humanely) it would be a home run! 22 cal. black synthetic Phantom for $99.00 like the .177 cal version. I asked many of my airgun friends and they agreed they would buy!

Hello Crosman Executives, are you hearing this???!

This gun is very loud the first 6 to 10 shots, after that it quiets down, but if you use pba pellets then the very noticeable crack of the pellet comes back.
