Click4assistance live help has lots of features. It is very customisable, although customisation was a bit tricky. It is also quick and simple to install. It was up and running in less than an hour. There is also a 30 day free trial.

You can monitor visitors as they browse your site and send them a messages asking if you can be of assistance. Click4Assistance Customer support was excellent....
