    Good Points: Great software, stable application, lots of functions.


    Bad Points: Only 14 days trial


    General comments: I really appreciate Livechat Contact Center from livechat Software. I saw their product at Kaspersky Lab for example, so I see I am not the only one who uses it. Impressive list of customers.

    Click4assistance live help has lots of features. It is very customisable, although customisation was a bit tricky. It is also quick and simple to install. It was up and running in less than an hour. There is also a 30 day free trial.

    You can monitor visitors as they browse your site and send them a messages asking if you can be of assistance. Click4Assistance Customer support was excellent.
