went to see Beyonce on sat 14 Nov at 02. Brilliant seats really close to stage, tickets arrived on time, no hassle, rang a few times, took a few calls on a couple of occasions to get thru, but once I did, they were helpful and updated me.

tickets were overpriced but they don't make a secret of it. I had a brilliant night, Beyonce was the best!! would use the company again

I bought my ticket because I had originally bought two for myself and my husband but then our younger son said he wanted to go so I said I would forfeit my ticket. BUT the reviews have been so incredible that I decided to see if I could get another ticket for myself. I found this LAST REMAINING ticket on the website. I paid by VISA and within two days my ticket arrived, just as ordered and as expected. BRILLIANT service!!!! GREAT website! WILL BE BACK

well i got my step mother to oder me 3 jonas brothers tickets for 20 november 6 dasy now had my tickets 4 weeks ago but the reviews have scerd me i dont now if i will get in my freind got tickets of tickets mastar and i am not worryd about that saiet but i hope i can get in coz i love them

Bought tickets months ago for Jonas brothers was worried by all the bad reviews, so I was concerned about getting the tickets. The site says you may not get tickets until 7 days before. They arrived today which is 10 days before concert. Booked tickets should have been in section D of Arena, The tickets that arrived are section C which appears to be better. I managed to get brilliant seats at Royal Albert Hall on the actual performance night of Michael Bolton. Collected the tickets from a designated person from this company - no hassle. Paid double the ticket-price but well worth it as the seats were brilliant!

I was worried that i wouldnt get my tickets after hearing about various ticket scams but double8tickets is not a scam and i found them very good got my tickets within 2 days with no problem and they called beforehand to tell me they were being despatched. Excellent service would definitly use them again.

Was worried about using Double8Tickets but desperate to see Green Day. Site was good and informative. Tickets confirmed and delivered quite soon after. Got a telephone call beforehand to check my address. Seats were good (but not great). Much cheaper than Seatwave! Would be happy to use them again.

I wish I'd read the other reviews before using this company. The ticket was delivered very late, and was not what I had ordered. When I tried ringing no-one answered the first 3 times and I only got through by trying their booking line. They denied ever having offered the ticket I had ordered, said there was no record of my telephone conversation, and were really unhelpful and not prepared to sort it out at all. MY RECOMMENDATION - DO NOT USE THEM!

SHOCKING!!!!

Do not use this company they send different tickets to the ones stated. When I complained their staff put the phone down and ignored all my emails. In the end my credit card company had to investigate.

This is the worst company I have ever, EVER, dealt with. They lie about what they are selling you, their staff are rude when you complain and just expect you to put up with what you are given.

I would not recommend this company to an enemy let alone any friends. Take my advice and ...

I ordered the tickets over the phone for the event. I ordered the ticket on the day of the event by telephone. I was not made aware of the delivery charge whilst booking.I made repeated attempts by email/telephone to get a refund.I was given assurances that the money would be refund, as I picked the tickets at the event.It was never refunded. Ordered tickets in mid-August and paid cash back then. The concert is tomorrow night and still haven't got the tickets!!! I have been calling Double8Tickets several times over the past few weeks and always been told I would have to wait just a few more days, but they never even bothered calling me back even when they promised. Some people might have been lucky and received their tickets, but when you really want to see a certain concert you should never ever rely on them. Will be interesting to ...

I was not aware of the reviews for Double8Tickets and I am really worried now that I have been scammed. I am not so bothered about the money but my partner really wants to see them and it was a surprise for his birthday but now it's getting closer and no tickets have arrived, also cannot get through on the phone and no one has replied to my email, sounding pretty familiar to some I'm guessing.

I ordered my tickets just 6 days before the Festival. After purchasing I read the Reading and Leeds Festival notes and on there was all the companies not to buy form and Double 8 were listed. I was gutted but I read loads of reviews and realised most got there tickets. I rang them on the monday and they were really helpful and said my tickets were 100% genuine and they would come before 1pm next day. Bought tickets last year for this years V Festival from double8tickets
Had such a great time and was really pleased that my tickets arrived on time special delivery all sorted.Id def recommend oredering them on double8 tickets.com save the stress of trying to rush and oreder them... and they dont even charge that much more!!

I was pleasantly surpised when ordering my v festival tickets with double 8 tickets, i had previously booked some tickets with a bogus site and i was petrifed of being ripped off again. After speaking to a double 8 opperator my fears were laid to rest and my tickets arrived on time. i will definately use them again.

I brought my son some Reading tickets for his birthday for him and his girlfriend from Double8Tickets. About a week before the event I found I still had not received my tickets. Just ordered some Fleetwood Mac Tickets from Double8Tickets spoke to a very polite well spoken young lady who explained all the options too me. Very pleased with the service I received and I was told my tickets would be with me 7-14 days before the event. Can't Wait!!

I bought my tickets for the Eagles Long Road out Of Eden tour in July this year at the Birmingham NIA. Yes I paid over the oddss to get really good seats (i.e. best seats - first 10 rows) and I got truly wonderful seats, exactly what I ordered. I was worried at some of the reviews about folks not geting their tickets but mine arrived in plenty of time. I would definately book again!
