we used double8 to get tickets to see pink in concert at the 02 arena we payed for the first 5 rows and i must say our seats were fantastic we were to the right of the stage where she came right over to the edge so we got a great view of everything our tickets came a couple of days before the concert but i made a couple of phone calls to double8 during that time they was extremely helpful i would most definatly use double8 again we had a fantastic time well worth the money we payed. I was devastated when I found out all tickets for Boy George's performance at Meltdown at the Southbank Centre were sold out. As a massive fan for over 25 years, I just had to be there. However I did e mail advising change of address between ordering and delivery and the tickets were sent to the old incorrect address. Royal Albert Hall is our favourite venue and when ordering tickets from Double8, it is good to know in advance which section and which row we are paying for. It would help even more if the seat numbers could also be provided -- hence the four stars instead of the full five!
