Good service, concern was that I couldn't actually see the seats I was booking - only the area of the auditorium (Royal Albert Hall) - but the tickets arrived and were good seats for that area. Its an expensive way to buy tickets - our cost was nearly double the face value - but the concert has been a sell-out for months and I'd rather deal with Double8 than any dodgy guy at the door or wherever. When we got there they were the best seats we have ever had after over thirty years of attending Springsteen concerts. The gig was last Thursday. I rang on Tuesday and Thursday to be told the tickets had been signed for at a time when neither myself not my partner were in. The tickets have never turned up and we missed the gig. I was also told during the initial call that the tickets had been dispatched on the Monday and during the second call that they had been signed for on the Tuesday. I have used Double 8 tickets twice now, each time they have provided me with great seats. I used them them to obtain tickets at a cheaper price than the original ticket! Since it was the day before the concert they allow you to pick up the tickets from their office which is great as you dont have to worry about tickets not arriving in time through the post.
