Very helpful guy discussed the issue with me. We agreed that they were not obligated to do anything but then he did offer an exchange for better seats in the same section. Pricing them up on the internet, I found Double8 had the best deals at not a huge amount above face value even allowing for delivery costs. I've got good seats at as very reasonable price. Just received my tickets for December concert Definitely cannot fault the efficiency of the service as I only ordered them on Sunday evening!!! My only surprise was that the actual cost on the ticket stated £90 and I had payed £155 each Of course the company has to make a profit but £65 per ticket is a little steep I think!!! however this does not taint the upcoming event Maybe it would be good for the on-line staff to remind us at the time of purchase that the ticket cost will be higher... Buying tickets through agencies is not always easy when tickets are issued for sale, but DOUBLE 8 is a GOOD HONEST SITE. We were guaranteed tickets in a certain block and they are the tickets we have received. Our friends used another agency and have been given completely different seats to the front stalls they purchased. The seats are much further back with no offer of a refund. Eric Clapton in Manchester. I'm not a confident user of on-line bookings and expect the site to be difficult to navigate or the tickets not to arrive, but Double88tickets were superb to work with. I was a hesitant to use an on line service that I did not know but the website was easy to use and the staff helpful. The advisor helped me with my booking and arranged to keep the tickets at the Double 8 office for pick up. I realize that the tickets were price above the "walk in" price at the arena box office but we got GREAT seats with an excellent view - it was well worth the little extra. I got fantastic seats for the Eddie Izzard show in Wembley at a very, very good price, nearly half of the original price. Since I ordered late, tickets were delivered by next day courier (Royal Mail). The only thing that did not work out is that the tickets were meant to arrive between 7-9 am and they arrived after 10 am. Anyway, the phone contact was very friendly in reassuring.
