Good Points: Polite, Clean
Bad Points: Cheap MOT and services but they will find MORE problems in your car than elsewhere.
General comments: I had my car serviced in Trade Tyres Guildford in May/07. They offered me a free MOT test in Jan/08. I was so happy until my astonished result came out - serious leak in shock absorbers; both suspension arms rubber bush deteriorated; offside rear tyre failed. They advised me to repair my car in their garage and offered the quotation price was about £450+VAT.
Since last year, my car has run less than 5000 miles. I drove carefully and kept checking and servicing my car regularly. My car passed the MOT last year without any problems but why it failed so many parts this year? I doubt the result so I arranged another MOT test this morning in another garage. I asked them to inspect my car carefully - especially on those failed parts. The result was - passed without any problems at all!
HOW comes the differences?
I am not going to say more words but there's no FREE lunch in the world!
In conclusion, I would not recommend this garage.

I have found their service always very professional and polite. Their labour rates are fair. I have had 4 cars repair and MOT'd by them and have not had an issue with any of the work. I have spent about £2,000 on repairs with them.
I have found them to be professional and helpful on every occasion I have required their services.
