    Good Points: SupportMagic is an ultimate Customer Interaction Management suite for all sizes of companies. This On-Demand suite will cater to all the companies who want to improve their support activities.

    General comments: The official SupportMagic website went live early this morning on Thursday 9th November 2006. SupportMagic v1.12 is an On-Demand customer interaction management suite which stands out from other CIM applications.

    Today's announcement says about the capabilities and deliverables of the suite:
    SupportMagic's multi-channel communications platform integrates live chat, email management (ticketing), troubleshooter, and self-service/knowledge base technology to manage online sales and customer support in a most advanced way. Deployed on the cutting-edge technology of J2EE.SupportMagic releases with a BIG BANG!

    Supportmagic is an excellent on-demand helpdesk solution which is given out for free.

    The solution has five modules, namely:
    1) Helpdesk / Ticketing
    2) Live Chat
    3) Knowledge base / FAQ
    4) Troubleshooter
    5) Reports

    In addition to the above, there are personalized features such as calendar, private messaging, dashboard and team notices.

    A complete on-demand helpdesk solution for free. It's a great deal.
