The Tippmann A 5 is a cool paintball gun. Its cheap but reliable, unfortunately the accuracy is not very good and the paint ball hopper isnt very good either.
This gun is ok as its quite cheap but if youre looking for something better you need to spend more money. Tippmann are probably the best makers but they have better guns as well.

A must have the flatline barrel and maybe a rail kit with a new dot scope for sniping your friends out in the woods. Another must have is the e-grip trigger i recommend buying the a5 with it on already allows anything from semi to full auto but needs tool to change from mode to mode.

Overall like I've said this is one of the best guns out there. Great fire power, great speed, and great upgrades available for it (such as the flatline barrell, response trigger or E-grip kit, double trigger kit, etc). I give this a 10 and recommend it for the frequent wood ball player. I don't really recommend it for beginners unless you plan on really getting into paint ball and sticking with it. The cyclone feeding system works excellent, no ball jams at all. Great velocity, if you want a gun ...

Let me make this clear, This is the first paintball gun I have ever bought. However, I've had experience with many other paintball guns and let me start buy saying this is by far the best for it's price. The gun is very durable given that the exterior is full metal (other than handle). It is very reliable when it counts, and is over all a great gun. My cousin has a kingman spider and there's no way he can touch me. One of the great things about this model is that there a tons of upgrades. You ca ...

I think it's one of the best woods ball guns you can buy. They are really accurate and they are very customizable. With the scenario gear on them they intimidate the rest of the field. Once you buy the gun replace the stock barrel for maximum accuracy.

I don't have one of these but my friend does. I use it all the time. It is fun and fast. I can't believe how cheap the handle is, I picked it up by the trigger and the front handle broke off. But it is a great design. This is my kind of gun!

When i first went paintballing for my birthday i straight away wanted my own marker. At first my mam and dad where not sure it was a good idea, after a couple of times of going paintballing. Christmas was coming close and a talked my parents to letting me get my own marker. At first i wasn't sure what to get but then i saw the smart parts sp8 but i went to a local paintball shop they told me that the ion and sp8 where the same gun but just was covered in plastic. I didn't like the look of the io ...

I did a lot of homework before making a final purchase decision. I wanted a marker that I know what last, have great durability, reliability, stability and accuracy, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money. This sounds sort of selfish in a way: I want an awesome marker for not a lot of money. Well, after doing a lot of research and reading a lot of reviews on this site as well as any others I could find, I started shopping around for prices on a Tippmann A-5. I finally found a place that had t ...

My opinion is that it is the best gun on the market for a recreational player. Not so much for in tournaments, its too heavy and a little bulky.

I think that the gun is a very good one for more advanced players beacuse it has a high price for a play gun. I have a stock and double trigger on mine and i really want a new barrle but it is better than a 98 or smart parts nerve and any angle for woods or senario ball.

Would choose this gun over any other gun a few things to upgrade. A new barrell 16 inch m4 ops gear barrell or flatline also should get a car stock but get a remote line for it because it gets really annoying when the tank gets in your way and it is annoying or you could also get a drop forward they also work very well .
