Excellent service with detailed advice and links to screen prints to ensure i was getting the right part for my particular HP pc model and how to fit it, prompt delivery and packing well fit for the item. Normally I am put off by these companies as I always feel intimidated, but I have to say as soon as I got past my barrier's they guided me to the correct and cheapest answer, They were prepared to spend time analysing the problems I had with my PC which I appreciated. Bought a motherboard on their website an meant to be a retail boxed new board paid £10 next day delivery . I've had 3 dealings with this retailer. Each time they phoned me to say they didn't have what I was looking for and offered me naff alternatives. My feeling is they advertise a lot of gear they don't have in stock, then phone you to offer alternatives. I'm guessing they buy up a load of end of line items then use this strategy to dump it as quick as possible. I'm sure some people get a good deal - but I bet few get what they're looking for. No communication at all, item was not in stock, took a fortnight to arrive (with massively expensive 3-5 day delivery charge to boot) substitute was sent instead that was bloody awful.
