Customer service par excellence - a truly rare treat these days! It has been MANY years since I last experienced TRUE customer SERVICE!

Their phone rep. Stu (a special mention and many thanks!) could not have been more helpful and friendly, even when things went drastically wrong repeatedly over 9+ weeks (NOT PCUPGRADE's FAULT!), and his technical knowledge and ability to impart it was excellent!

My ONLY critcism is PCUpgrade's website - it is in SERIOUS need of accurate and frequent updates! ...

Not just the usual boxshifters. Got the full details off me and then searched to find the correct part from their suppliers. When I got the part it was well boxed and delivered by courier. Having someone that takes the time to search for parts on behalf of customers is marvellous and saved me a lot of time and phone calls. Thanks for your efforts PCUpgrade!

I have used PCUpgrade several times and find that the telephone staff are friendly, helpful and have good product knowledge. If they don't know they find out, and seem genuinely interested providing you with the right product.

When I order off the Internet I am seeking good products, at the right prices, delivered straight away. PCUpgrade satisfied the first two requirements but I wonder how an Internet trading company can find this level of delivery service acceptable.

What started out as a simple upgrade question ended up being an order for a self assembly computer. PC Upgrade did not know this at the time but I was already thinking about possible PC replacement but nothing on the market place fitted my needs and price.PC Upgrade were correct, from start of build to completion including installation of Operating System was done well within a day.I received a couple of bonuses for same price, namely 360Gb hdd for a 250Gb, Lightscribe DVD writer (Samsung) inste ...

I will not buy from this store again. Purchased a monitor (what we wanted not in stock although it did not state this on the website) .Offered an alternative which we could return if not satisfactory. Once testing the monitor found to have a dead pixel. Called them as
a. We wanted to return
b. they charged us more than showing on the website.

Spoke to the manager who was quite obnoxious, offered to send a replacement but not refund the overcharging. We sent back paying £15 to do ...
