    I used VistaPrint for my business cards when first getting established. I didn't expect much, as the 'hook' price for cards was so low.

    However, I was pleasantly surprised at the functionality of the site and was able to upload hi-res Adobe Illustrator files. The site highlighted very precise measurements for card size and bleed area which I followed precisely.

    Filled with confidence at such a good website, I endulged myself by selecting superior card instead of standard.

    However, when the cards arrived, I could not have been more disappointed.

    The card quality is flimsy and cheap.

    The print quality is awful, being virtually illegible on the front.

    There is a 3mm white gap down the right hand side of each card.

    To add insult to injury (not useable cards, so into the recycling), they have 'bombed' me with marketing stuff, then when I raised a complaint about the cards, despite a 24hr reply promise - nothing! Not even an acknowledgement.

    In summary, great website, agressive marketing, very poor printing.

    Vistaprint has been very reliable and the quality of their business cards and postcards has exceeded my expectations each time. I've ordered business cards several times and promotional postcards and stamps and been very satisfied every time.

    Placing an order for my child's first birthday and all I have so far got was nothing after 9 days. They have also not yet tracked the order. I feel I have wasted hours on emails and phone calls for nothing. In my opinion thier customer service has not been helpful or compensating. Instead they refunded the money and as of yet I have recieved an apology.

    There was a problem with one of the graphics on the business card I created at vistaprint. When I called Vistaprint, they immediately determined the cause of the problem in the graphic, corrected it, and created a new batch of cards to be shipped to me the next business day. I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received, and the price and quality cannot be beat!

    My advice to anyone ordering from Vista Print is to be very careful about what details you give them or you too may end up with £9.95 being debited from your card every month and will then find it difficult to stop it, even my bank is having problems blocking it.

    I have exactly the same problem as J3cc with unauthorised debits from my account...I called Vistaprint on June 15th 2007 and spoke to customer service agent whom categorically assured me that the "full" amounts they took would be refunded to my account and that there would be no further necessity to contact my credit company.......Yet now my account showed another deduction of £9.95 on June 22nd! They started this in February of this year and I am now down to the tune of almost £50.0 ...

    I recently tried out www.businesscard-reviews.com/2007 their fee cards and was really disappointed with the designs and the fact that the free cards weren't actually "free" as advertised.

    My vistaprint online purchase was fine, however watch out for your bank balance afterwards.

    Vistaprint appears to have signed me up to their affiliated 'rewards clubs' for £10 deduction per month. I did not notice until four deductions from my bank account had been made.

    It seems that if you do not send some kind of unprompted rejection, you get signed up and your bank account details are passed to these rewards companies who after a 'trial' period start charging per month. You do ...

    I have used Vistaprint on many occasions, and so far all of my orders have arrived within the time scale, and they have been of excellent quality.

    On all of my orders so far, I have only had to pay the postage, of which you have a choice on how much you pay ie: the lowest price states that your order will be delivered within 21 days, then the next price up is 14 days etc.

    I will use Vistaprint again, and I have recommended them to a lot of my friends.

    What happens if you order, they take the money from your card and then you dont get the goods. How difficult is it to get in contact with them.

    Also they were supposed to be sending me samples but they never arrived. I Requested them again, but still they never arrived.

    You also have to very carefully watch the prices on their website. For example a couple of weeks ago small magnets were 7.00 now 14.99 and at other times another price.

    AA couple of weeks ago 250 postcards were 25.00 no ...

    I have ordered and received many items from Vistaprint and have been extremely pleased. With some of the stuff, business cards included, all you pay for is postage and that is not an excessive rip off. eCards are completely free to send. And yes, they do send, no problems for recipient either. What more could you ask for?!!
