    Good Points: Great food , clean hotel, lovely pools and surroundings.
    Some good evening entertainment.


    Bad Points: Slow bar service. Thought the entertainments team (reduced to 2) were not very good. Indoor games facilities not available. No air conditioning. No smoking in hotel.


    General comments: Have been to this hotel several times over the last 4 years and always had a great time. However, this time the apparent cutbacks in staff, activities and facilities left us pretty disillusioned. I felt the bar service has always been slow but since going all inclusive it seems to be even worse. Several guests, including ourselves, made complaints about the lack of daytime activities, sub standard equipment, evening shows and the 2 animators who appeared to be severely lacking in enthusiasm, people skills and talent.
