Ordered tickets for Fleetwood Mac NIA - not received - don't answer their phone - e-mail bounced back - have managed to get through on another number after doing some detective work only to be cut off - have reported to police, trading standards and will contact google to advise. Little hope of getting a refund I fear as it was paid for by debit card!!
OVERALL A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ---------BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
i brought tickets for my father in laws birthday to see coldplay at 02, well never recieved the tickets i tryed contacting them they never answered the phone kept sending emails which they never replied to then finally i did get a response saying they were very busy n there was a problem with there computers and they would sort out a refund well this was 2 months ago i still havent recieved my money back and havent heard from them in any way

The Online Ticket Shop conned us last june 08 ordered tickets for Bon jovi at hamden never recieved them yes we got our money back through barclaycard. how are they able to advertise still trade and standards should be doing more to stop these scumbags ripping us off. DO NOT USE THIS WEB SITE (they dont even deserve one star)

i think if u order tickets in april you shouldnt have to drive for two hrs to their dodgy little office on the 23rd of oct to get ur tickets am i wrong ??? and then be told to come back in 6 hrs heelllloooo what a scam we did get r tickets luckliy for them coz if id missed green day omg i cant even write down what i would have done someone close these lazy scammers down !!!!!!!!!!!

AVIOD AVIOD! This so called comany are a scam. Ordered tickets to the Green Day @ the O2 for the 24th October 09 on the 15th August. NO TICKETS despite emailing and trying to call. No answer and no reply from emails. Luckly I brought some more a few days ago from viagogo and arrived the next day so will be going to the concert. Order tickets for an event at the O2. These didn't turn up, haven't been able to get through to anyone to claim under their ticketbond plus guarantee. Enough said really, if you don't want to lose your money don't use this company. (The review should be zero stars as they don't even deserve the minimum one star)

A Total CON. Ordered tickets 7 days ago. Never received the tickets. They never answered my emails. They never answered the phone. One number did not even ring.

I reported the On-line Ticket Shop to both the Metropolitan police and the
Serious Fraud Office. They are under investigation. I got my payment refund through my credit card company but the last I heard is that the ticket office had not refunded the money from their side.

I advise you to report this company to the police, as they are more likely to act if the number of complaints rise.

I bought and paid for 2 cliff richard tickets in november last year and guess what no tickets!!! no e mails no answer to my recorded letter or numerous phone calls. the night before the concert got a phone call sayin someone would meet me at the venue name BILLY he never turned up!! im disgusted this so called company get away with this. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM THEY ARE A SCAM. i will now be taking this matter further.

Still waiting for the refund of 4 coldplay tickets from the online ticket shop. No response to emails. They own 320 pounds. It's hell to get someone on line at their london office, they change phone numbers every day or so... And when you get someone, they hang up on you.

Bought 3 coldplay tickets for 12th september and paid £210, was planning to take my two sons but tickets never arrived and we were all absolutely gutted. have been ringing and e- mailing The Online Ticket Shop for weeks and no response.

ONLINETICKET SHOP you're very, very unlikely to receive your tickets as my experience is the same as the others before. My father and disabled mother were looking forward to this concert since NOV 08 they paid £445. It's now the day of the concert and the tickets have still not arrived. Alarm bells rang when they sent e-mail on Monday stating tickets would be with us by end of week????????? that was when the concert was.

In December 2008 i purchased two tickets from The Online Ticket Shop costing £280 + £7-50 delivery these being one of the better seats. We where informed that the tickets would not be delivered until two weeks before the event.
This was a special surprise for my wife for Christmas. When the time arrived to recieve the tickets they were not forthcoming. We contacted them by email,three days latter they sent a reply ( tickets delayed at printers.)

I bought tickets for the AC/DC gig at hampden with The Online Ticket Shop, three weeks before the gig i started to contact them ref my tickets as other people who used ticketmaster had theirs.
i could not get an answer, nor would they answer e-mails.
The day before the gig i got through to them and they told me the gig was cancelled, it wasn't i got tickets from ticketmaster the same day.

DONT deal with The Online Ticket Shop. I paid £290 for two tickets which never came. tried phoneing but they would not answer the phone, tried e-mailing, surprise they never replied. I am another victim to add to the list! I saw the reveiw's too late! Wierdly I had used the Online Ticket Shop for tickets for U2 at Croke Park in July 09 and they came through with the goods.
