I got stung for 4 weekend tickets for leeds festival for a 21st pressie. I was surprised 'high up' they were in google.

So many teenagers are going to be disappointed. It's cruel to rip them off like this. My son's Reading tickets were for his birthday, all his friends are going and now he will be home alone this weekend wishing he was there. I will take part in any class action.

I'm keen to know if anyone has had the same experience as me and if so what have they done to resolve the issue?
Furthermore, from reading the reviews, will I actually ever receive the tickets before the date of the concert???!

My partner ordered tickets for Springsteen at Cardiff (June 14th) as a surprise birthday present for me back in January, paying double face value for each. Sadly, she used The Online Ticket Shop. No need to trouble readers with the details - the usual story of 7-10 day delivery/no show/phone calls and e-mails/"meet me outside," etc. We DID eventually track their rep down, but instead of the top-quality seated tickets ordered, he offered us standing on the pitch or seats right at the back. I ordered V Festival tickets back in March with Exclusive tickets which I believe is part of XL&H, I had spoken to them on the phone, all seemed fine, even spoke to them 2 weeks ago about when the tickets would arrive and had an email from them. My friend who also bought tickets from the same people had an email to say their supplier were unable to fulfil their obligation - believed to her gone into voluntary bankruptcy and to contact your credit card company. They took my money and you didn't hear anything from them at all. If anyone placed orders recently make sure to stop charges with credit cards.

My father 76 years old and he has been saving for the last eight years to go to China for the Olympics. Now he is going to China.....BUT not the Olympics he has no tickets to any of the events. XL&H Ltd took my dads money but have no tickets for him whatever can be done to shut these people down, I will support.

I bought expensive platinum hospitality tickets for the final match between Spain and Germany, the tickets were never delivered and the contacts given never showed up and I couldn't contact them on their mobile phones. It is now a month after the event and no refund yet I have lost over 24,000 euros.

I'm still waiting for a refund from 28th February 2008. Keep calling and keep getting the same old story that a cheque will be sent out that night. I am going to be in London in a couple of weeks and I intend to go to their premises in person and stay there until I receive my refund. If anyone else wants to join me please feel free! The more the better!

I wish I'd found this site before i booked. Made a booking yesterday for 4 tickets for the Leeds festival in August. I received an email from the Online Ticket Shop stating my card had been declined etc etc. I've contacted my bank immediately who tell me the payment has been approved and has left my account - why didn't i order via credit card i do not know! I have tried all day to call this company but haven't been able to get through. I have bought these for my partners daughter as a birthday ...

I ordered olympic tickets for my daughters and I, then purchased expensive flights & hotels based on the fact that I had event tickets. With 11 days until the Games, I have seen no tickets and the phone & e-mail addresses for this company don't seem to work. Should i be worried?

I paid £525 for a UEFA cup final ticket one two weeks before the event. The ticket had been sent on the Friday, then the Saturday, then the Monday. Finally when it did not turn up on the Tuesday, the day before the event, they offered to meet me at the venue with a replacement. I declined this and asked for my money back, to which they agreed. Three weeks later, numerous phone calls and broken promises I am still waiting.

I ordered 3 tickets for the Arsenal v Everton match for the 4th May 2008. I ordered these tickets and paid £495 on the 1st Oct 2007. I was told that my tickets would arrive by courier 2 days before the match. I made 12 phone calls and sent 5 emails telling them that my tickets had not arrived of which I still have had no correspondence from them at all to date, (080508). I am pursueing refund but more importantly this was a Birthday surprise for my 14 year old son.

I ordered tickets at theonlineticketshop and didnt received tickets event one week before the event so I left bad reviews and then I received the tickets. It seems this ticket agent is good in providing sold out event tickets.
