Good Points: Taste change from the usual potato crisps. Lovely flavours of Beetroot, Parsnip and carrot. No artificial additives.

General comments: Parsnip, Beetroot and Carrot, topped and tailed by hand and sliced into hot sunflower oil. Fried till crisp. Tyrell's say this retains all of their natural goodness and flavour. I have to agree, it certainly traps the delicious flavour! They are lightly salted with sea salt and sold in bags of 2 sizes, a large family size bag or a smaller 40g bag. If you like the taste of roast parsnips, you will love these. Crispy carrot sounds strange but taste lovely. Crispy Beetroot? Bring the tastes nicely together. Savoury yet very slightly sweet. I have only found these at Darts Farm in Topsham Devon where they have a huge and very nice deli food dept but am sure they are in various other outlets in the country as they are made in Herefordshire. If counting calories, 413 per 100g. If like me you get a little fed up with potato chips, give these a go. My particular favourite is the parsnip crisps, and these can be purchased separately, but that's another review!!
