Been with domain monster just over a year no problems here. There management console is easy to navigate. Easy to update DNS this happens in real time, I needed support once I got a response within 2hours I think, and yes it was sorted. I no longer wanted one of me domains so I logged in to my account and selected the domain and unchecked it to expire. I got notifications that it will expire and it did. I got no unexpected charges really you are in control. I have also got email with them on one of me domains price is ok I find some times it don't open my mail unless I open an older mail I have received funny that.
But I am happy I love it.

No refunds of unsuccessful domain purchases. They only give you account credit and refuse to return the money to you.
They are fairly poor at being able to fulfil preordered domain
Customer support answered complaints email quickly- Read Guest's review (37 words and 1 comment)

awesome place to buy domains, especially .me and .eu. Though maybe it's my laptop, but I can't seem to visit domainmonster.com while I can visit everyone else. I wonder if it's my office (maybe they blocked my access)?- Read Guest's review (52 words)

Friendly helpful staf, Decent, cheap domain registrar, well recommend Domain Monster.com, infact the only bad point I can make about this web hosting company is its difficult sometimes for me to find the address/user management.- Read daveydje's review (37 words)

I bought 30 different domains and they not refunding money back to bank account as far as I am concerned, but when I applied for these domains they said they would in my opinion. I recommend www.123-reg.com over domain monster due to my experience.- Read SomOne's review (52 words)

I really can't fault Domain Monster at all. I moved to them after using and maintaining varying types of top level domain names across 3 different registrars - Enom (US), Joker (Germany) and UKReg (for Nominet UK domain names). Not that I had any particular issues with Enom or Joker, its just they are not based in the UK. Coupled with last years antics of UKReg with their password reset shambles, I was left with no choice but to drop UKReg outright in favour of a company who actually knows what ...- Read parkamark's review (297 words)

Cant praise them enough. No catches - peace of mind. Wish I had found them sooner so wouldnt have been looking at 123 or 1and1 or fasthost... Highly recommend. Although no hosting but since they offer web forwarding, its not a problem for a beginner like me.- Read urbaz's review (64 words)

I have registered with domain monster after a look of searching and confusion.
So far I have registered my domain with them for a reasonable price, I guess I could have got cheaper but a few quid wont hurt really. Not all cheap offers are great (this one is though!)
Anyway, I have my domain name, multiple email forwards....read on some other sites that hotmail/gmail forwards are blocked, not in this case. Also have web forwarded to my free blog site. So its fantastic right now...lovin it!

I would reccommend Domain Monster to anyone. They are always polite and helpful when you phone them and they don't charge ridiculous prices.
I had a really bad experience with my previous domain hosts where they wanted to charge me £30 evey time we bought new domains or made DNS and nameserver changes to the domains. Their admin control panel was limited so you ended up phoning support to make really simple changes - which were then charged for.
I ended up moving over 200 domains to doma ...- Read Guest's review (127 words)

Domain Monster is the new UKReg, as far as I'm concerned. After UKReg's (aka Fasthosts) recent mess up with customer passwords (see: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/11/30/fasthost_h ack_update/ ), I felt it a necessity to move my domains out from them to an alternative domain holding company. Domain Monster match UKReg on price and surpass them on features and technical support. If you are not convinced, see: http://www.domainmonster.com/compare/I had some issues with Domain Monster's systems ...- Read Guest's review (315 words)

I highly recommend domain monster - I moved lots of domains after I had a hell on earth scenario at 123-reg. I thought transferring away from 123 would be just as hellish.. but it was so smooth.. If you are thinking about changing.. these guys at domain monster were totally stress free for me.- Read lainybroon's review (98 words)

Got really fed-up with one of the so-called big players in the domain hosting business. Needed a provider that supplied a straight forward and easy to use service. Read reviews for Domainmonster.com and gave them a go. Glad I did!
Easy to transfer existing domains to them - and its free. E-mail and web forwarding that works!
Impressive technical support. Speedy reply via e-mail, giving a straight forward response that actually answers the question - not answering the question they wished you h ...- Read Darkside999's review (146 words and 2 comments)

Great website, clear, concise and does what it says on the box. Spoke to their support team once and no IVR business, just a helpful knowledgeable person right on the end of the phone. Seems to be a newish player to the market, but definitely a significant contender for the big boys...look out!- Read havering's review (135 words)

I now register all my domains with Domain Monster web hosting. I think their customer service and support is first class, and they're cheap to the point where I've also transferred all my other domains from different registrars to them. Nice job guys!
They don't offer hosting yet, but I can manage all my domains within one account and they didn't charge me to transfer domains to them, even though I'm using their email service for free.- Read jFish's review (78 words)
