“Over a week now, still can't add my new domain to hosting”

contacted support several times because I get an error trying to add or delete any domains into my hosting package. They tell me the engineers are trying to fix it but this has been going on for more than a week now. Very poor. If not resolved soon I will be moving my hosting elsewhere… Read Full Review

“Rubbish registrar ”

It's been over a month since purchasing a simple domain name, thing is after a month it's still pending rendering it useless. Tried contacting this company many times and have had not one single piece of correspondence. They were quick enough to debit my account but pathetic when it comes to customer service skills. Avoid like the plague and go with a more established trust worthy customer focused registrar like go daddy or something anything but this company. “Email system down for 2 weeks; Is company still in...”

A multiple day email failure - and not the first....but this is the longest. I've had no reliable email service for two weeks. I've sporadically had a few emails, but I understand people are receiving failure messages when they write to me Now it's the Christmas holidays, and they've given up - I wonder if they are still in business. “Service has deteriorated recently in a major way.”

After having been a customer for several years their service has suddenly plummeted. In November a mailbox developed a fault whereby it reported as full with only a handful of emails. I emailed customer support who were initially helpful and responsive. I tried everything they suggested (including having the mailbox deleted and creating a new one) to no avail. This sounds very much like spam you receive with registering any domain. People purchase new whois lists and spam them to try and fool people. I haven't received anything like this from domainmonster.

After confirming that I was renewing both my domain name and the use of their software (both by email and by by phone), they proceeded to remove my website offline. Support department paid me lip service and am still waiting for my website to be back online. Am furious but stuck with them. Had a little bit of trouble with my remote mx records not propagating with an external mail exchange. Sent a 2 minute email and a reply back within 20 minutes!
