    check better business bureo website and their rating F!!!! This company has hundreds complains!! Many lawsuits! I didn't report them but I should have. 2 days before the wedding they said they change the photographer and that OUR contract was OPTIONAL!!! The owner said that the contract is only a SUGESTION!! And it doesn't have a legal value! I asked if we can come over to discuss this and he said he will call police on me if I will show up!!!!!!!! I WAS NEVER SO DISRESPECTED. 2 days before my wedding I cried my eyes off! CHECK THE BBB WEBSITE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

    DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Most of the good reviews you see by this company are posted by the company. Don't believe any of them. My wife and I got married 4 years ago and have still not received all of our pictures or the package we paid for. In the mean time we are going through legal battles through the Illinois States Attorney, who told me they have countless complaints against this company. They "sell" the company to each other to get out of legal trouble. We were told the " ...

    Horrible, never answer the phone, photographer inexperienced, I miss the old owners. These people are lost. I got married at the Baker Hotel 3, count em 3!!!!, years ago!!! Still waiting for my album!!!!! This place is a disaster!!! Save your money......have a relative photograph your wedding, better and quicker results. The good reviews are from the studio, or friends, but definetley not real!! Good luck if you waste your money and your dreams, like I did!!

    Sounds like the people at this studio are writing the good reviews for this "so-called" company. I know several people who are STILL waiting for the final product.

    Forever Images was AMAZING! I just received my album and it is beautiful. Forever Images was absolutely every thing I expected and hoped for. I would recommend Forever Images to anyone who once a quality wedding photographer and videographer at a fair price.

    I was having the hardest time finding a photography/videography company and I am so thrilled that I found Forever Images. Everything was just beyond perfect, our pictures were ready by the time we came back from our honeymoon and they are just gorgeous. I know our video will be just as good. We had such a great relationship with the staff from Forever Images, since it is a family business, they made the whole process easy and stress free!     Having chosen Forever Images to capture our wedding day was absolutely wonderful! From our first meeting to looking back at the pictures, we could not have asked for anthing more. Every single person that we came into contact with was so helpful, which made the experience that much more enjoyable. There was no stress involved at all. The photographer and videographer put us at ease all day long! The day is so busy that often a bride and groom do not have the opportunity to see the hard work ...

    Forever Images is a family owned business. They take pride in their work and deliver beautiful pictures and videos.

    They are experienced, professional, and willing to work with you according to your individual needs.

    We hired them for both of our daughters weddings and continue to pass on their name to family and friends.

    We got married in March 2008 and LOVED how our pictures turned out! You can go on their website and see for yourself, but the pictures were absolutley wonderful. I have referred them to several friends getting married because of the great service they provided. They're a family owned business, and the customer service was the best I've seen. I coudn't be happier with how our wedding album turned out, the pictures are beautiful!

    I loved working with Forever Images Bloomingdale Illinois from beginning to end. I was very impressed with my final product and even more impressed with the people working there. On the day of my wedding the photographer even helped out in co-ordinating the reception, taking alot of stress off me. Thanks! :)

    I used Forever Images for my March 15, 2008 wedding and everything turned out beautiful! Me and Scott loved everything from the start of the day until the end. Forever Images really made us feel as ease and captured every moment of the day. They were very affordable and they were every thing we were looking for!

    wow what else is there to say. everything was a joke. grooms name spelled wrong on first video. father in laws name CUT off half way through. this was offered to fix. after HOUNDING HIM he finally had it reworked with the SAME ERRORS AGAIN!!!! and they messed it up even more changing things we never asked to be changed. They they get bought out by some new guy. After trying to get this fixed by we got nowhere at all. We brought the ORIGINAL dvd and the second "fixed, but still wrong" DVD ...

    I agree with the other review. I do not recommend this group. They did not take the quality photos I paid for. They gave me inaccurate information and failed to deliver what was promised. They came late. They're yet to reply to my requests, and haven't called back.
