I bought tickets to India with them. They were friendly and very helpful. I was able to get a cheap fare and made it to India. I got good seats on a good date. I would recommend this business to friends and family. I like how they follow up on your purchase and let you know everything that is going on.

“Do not use their service, they are the worst traveling...”

Do not use their service, they are the worst traveling agency I have come across. I booked my tickets through them, they promised a certain fare and they have charged more.They are doing cheating business rather than Travel agent business.

I worked with a guy named Bolesh. Their customer service is very poor. Once you buy the ticket, its very hard to get hold of them.

I worked with Aparna. She was great at her job as in emailing and following up on the airfare. But when i first started with them she gave me fare and the very next day told me that it will $100 more per ticket and this was after i confirmed with her again and again that next day there wouldn't be an increase in the fare. When i spoke to her supervisor, they gave me a discount but still the fare was more than the fare they quoted me at the first go.
I had to go ahead with them as i needed the tickets urgently

In my case, while the airline charged me less than $100 per ticket (I had bought 3 tickets), 4Lowfare charged me $300 per ticket, thereby charging me a total of $900.
I called the airline and they said that if the agency were to call them, they'd consider waiving the fee that they were charging, of $75 per ticket. But, in spite of numerous calls to the agency, they never called the airline.
I had a medical emergency in my family due to which I was unable to travel and produced documents from my doctor in which she strongly advised against any form of travel.
4LOWFARE, instead, charged me $900.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM !

They are the worst travelling agency I have come across. I booked my tickets through them, they promised a certain fare and then an hour before my flight they called and asked me to fly a day later. I was on my way to India due to a family members death and I had to leave but they called and stated that I wouldn't be able to fly that day because 'Northwest supposedly canceled my reservation'. I called Northwest and my tickets were still in their system only not issued by 4lowfare. They were not helpful at that point. The person who promised to 'look in to the matter' LEFT the office in an 'EMERGENCY' and did not even have the courtesy to call back. This was an hour before the flight. I could not leave that same day because of increased fares. They did not keep their promises on the fares, not reliable at all!!!

In my case I was told to confirm the tickets in one day. I had a special request that while returning from India I want to add 4 more passengers in the same Itinerary, they promised with buttery words.
Once I paid the money to them that ' s it they vanished....after a long time (2 weeks) I was able to speak with them and asked for the status of request they simply told that they are working on it.
After couple of e-mails and phone calls they came with the very highest fare (equal to Business class) that too for one way.
I thought they are from my local town and I will get better service, but they proved I'm wrong. Almost I lost my one year saving with them.
I strongly recommend that whatever u wants to deal with them talk to them upfront and take your own decisions. Now I ' m in process of taking legal actions against them.

I had a very bad experience with 4Lowfare.com. The support was unfriendly once I had bought the tickets. They actually messed up twice in my case, and they forgot to send the tickets and booked with the wrong date. It is also very difficult to get hold of them once you buy the ticket.
