I have been using my Asda credit card successfully for some time but when attempting to use it to pay my grocery bill on line Asda would not accept it -very strange!

Don't ring these expensive numbers always check out the above webpage. It works in 9 out of 10 cases. It cant hurt to try! Ive just got an asda credit card purely to get free deliveries. I pay their bill immediately and so far so good. I will be on the look out now for any interest fees charged!

When my old card began to approach its expiry date no new card appeared before the date (as is the norm). I contacted the company (India!!)and the answer was that it would arrive in 4 -6weeks.The card failed to arrive and required further contacts to sort it. It did finally arrive but some time after the old card had expired. This led to some regular payments from the card failing, resulting in my being charged non payment fees by the various companies! The Asda card people were not interested in this. My current card expires soon so I am arranging to cancel payments from it and do them differently to save repeat of problems. So be warned - when your card expires expect a gap before the replacement arrives.

My one and only problem with this card is that their online account manager stopped working about six weeks ago.Telephoned Asda and told them about it, seems they are aware of the problem.Six weeks on still not working. Perhaps I.T.Department not working,wonder if it actually exists.Come on Santander and Asda this is not Spain and tomorro really comes in the UK so please sort it out.

hi i have been using the asda mastercard wthout any real problems until recently.over the past 6weeks it keeps getting declined. i hsve rang them up and they say there is still enough credit... so why does it keep on getting declined. i am getting fed up up this an it s embrassing especially when you know there is still enough available to spend

My Asda Credit card I can never log on to my account, the log on box disappares every time I go to click on its a joke !!
