Good Points: Always on, very few problems, nice and understanding people at help desk
General comments: Freeola could do more to be recognized in the world at large. However, given that customers are happy now, why should they?

I really like Freeola. They have looked after several of my websites for some years and I have had no problem. I wish that they included MySQL database in the price, but considering what is included for an ISP customer they are very, very good.

Overall very good and value for money service.
Some email server problems but these are normally fixed very quickly.
having said that the entire server is down at the mo - but i am sure it will pop back into life very quickly.... it better ! :)
