    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: The company won't answer emails and delays making progress on a claim.


    General comments: My Treo 650 got wet while on vacation and stopped working. I filed my claim on the Mobile ProTech site and waited and waited and waited. After 3 weeks and 10 emails, I was finally instructed where to send my phone for examination. After another 10 days, I was told my phone was working. It took them another 10 days and a threatening email to get my phone back. My phone was not working when I sent it in. I believe the company purposely stalled my claim because my coverage was about to expire and they didn't want to pay.

    I purchased insurance to protect my Motorola Razr phone, and filed a claim after I lost the phone about 8 months after I purchased the insurance. For over 4 months I had tried correspondance with the company via emails, and the claim was denied stating Quote "You reported that you lost your phone in Tijuana Mexico. Unfortunately, the claims administrator denied your claim as " LOST" is not covered peril." when none of the documentation displayed stated that lost phones were not covered. I am cur ...
