Had this tent for over two years. Easy to put up once you know how. Very resilient to the mixed weather we have experienced. I managed to put it up with the help of three small boys.
We use the tent with the side canopy as well, gives even more space and versatility. As there are 5 of us and not 12, we unzip the fourth bedroom and roll it up and use this space as a kitchen. We then have the room next to it. Opposite the 3 kids have the third bedroom and we use the third bedroom for guests/ dress ...

This is a fabulous tent - easy to erect and very practical to live in. I've used mine once for three weeks in 2007 and it served it's purpose more than adequately during extreme weather. I bought a 12 berth tent although there are only 4 of us and 2 dogs so it was more than adequate for space - lots of places for storage too! I can not recommend this tent highly enough and will be using it again this summer (hopefully to experience better weather)!

Very good tent overall. The first review was going to put me off buying it, but I'm glad it didn't.
It survived 2 separate weeks in Cornwall (The first with heavy rain and thunder storms) and didn't develop a leak at all.
The tent is quite easy to erect, which can be done with a minimum of 2 people as the poles are already curved making it straight forward.
While on the Camp Site, one guy commented that he was looking for a tent and that the Montana 12 looks the best tent on the site ...

Used tent for the first time for our two week holiday. Struggled at first with erecting the tent but found easy to take down. Will do better next time!! Masses of space the kids really enjoyed it.

Had the Outwell Montana 12 tent for two years and have had three summer holidays with no problems at all, even with a bad storm one day. All the family love the tent, plenty of room for kids.

Just got through 3 tents in one month.
First one returned because of stain which could have been dried blood.
The second had 5 leaks, where fastenings for the inner are sown into the fly sheet. The third, leaked in two corners where the ground sheet meets the fly sheet.
The good news was that Yeomans exchanged the tents without hesitation and gave a full refund without question.
