I have never had my hair done at Triangles Health and Beauty,(though my friend wasnt too chuffed by the overpriced services yet not so great results)

my experience is with the semi permanent eyebrows and lip liner. The lady who performed this apparently had won many awards for this service so i was very impressed. However when she began to draw my eyebrows temporarily to give the shape-i was horrified! she had drawn two massively thick brows. I asked her to correct them and she then handed me the pencil. I tried to rectify this shape though it was difficult to rectify-i should have cleansed it off and started over. Anyway, when she applied the semi permanent make up, it looked awful-so thick and darker than my natural colour. I was horrified once again. The worst thing about my experience is that she wouldnt let me hold a mirror during the process so that i would not comment during the process. She then waxed off my natural eyebrows-which were actually quite nice-i am an indian girl so had nice eyebrows. so when i looked at the final results-i found that she had gone ABOVE my natural brows and she said this was to give the impression of an instant face lift??!! i went home crying and rang the salon to see what could be done-she told me to come in to the salon, which i did. she tried to rectify what she had done by going over the black line with white makeup -this unfortunatley didnt have too much of an efect. The worst thing was-i was charged for this also!!! cheeky people!! i absolutely hate my eyebrows and everyday i have to apply make up over the eyebrows and never again will i see my natural brows again as this makeup is still permanent-i thought it might fade-but it didnt(7 years on).

I have tried not to be personal with my comments and the above is based on my personal factual experience.
She then proceeded to the lip liner. I wanted thinner lips on my bottom lips and thicker upper lip so she said that she would draw inside the lips. She applied the semi permanent make up OUTSIDE BOTH UPPER AND LOWER lips and then applied filler on both upper and lower lips too-this gave the impression of even fatter lips-i really really hate my lips now and there is nothing i can do about this now.

i have been a client of triangles for many years and have had a lot of their treatments both in the hair and beauty part...i have the manager style and colour my hair and i can positivley say i have had NEVER a bad experiance from this fantastic place.
it is that good i recently took a few close friends for a pampering day as part of a hen party.

i booked myself in with Triangles Health and Beauty, of which ive heard so many good reports about, i asked for a colour and a cut, the colour turned out ok, but the cut was nothing like what i asked for, it was 3 in's too short, i only wanted a trim, and he went scissor happy, plus also he was trying to sell me some shampoo of which i said i was ok, i didnt need any, but he kept bangering all the time about i need this type of shampoo for my hair, it seems to me this salon isnt bothered about t ...

Triangles Health and Beauty is a great place for any hair or beauty treatment. Some of their treatments aren't available anywhere.

The staff are very experienced, knowledgeable and welcoming, even when you're as picky as I am.Triangles have gone out of their way to help me many times, and I know they care very much about their clients or else they wouldn't still be in business all these years later.

Sometimes they can be very busy, so make sure to have your appointment booked in plenty of time ...

Having lived in London, Manchester and Blackburn over the years, I have used a number of very expensive, and not so expensive, places to get my haircut.

I went to Triangles on the recommendation of a very picky female friend and was not disappointed. The haircut was great, with a welcoming atmosphere and I have been going back ever since. I can understand why the manager has won all the awards he has!

Following the recent refurbishment, the atmosphere is now akin to a Covent Garden salon but ...

Have been to both hair and beauty at Triangles Health and Beauty and both very professional,friendly and helpful.Great products and am delighted with results.

I went into Triangles Health and Beauty desperate for help with the sort of hair that would make Wurzell Gummage look the other way and the hairdresser took time to explain the ins and outs of what I wanted and really listened to what I had to say. He then gave me a versatile cut that looks great what ever I do with it. He really restored my self confidence.

I had an awful experience, I went for a colour and cut which took usually 1&1/2 hours at my previous salon. Not here though, oh no, I was there 4&1/2 hours. The manager did my hair and it was absolutely nothing like I'd asked - he said it was a style he'd been practising for competitions - he was absolutely un-interested that it wasn't what I wanted.

I really have no idea why Triangle Health and Beauty have been given a negative review, as I visit Triangles all the time, and I never have a problem. My haircut is always what I want.

Well worth a visit.

I felt that I should write this review because Triangles is a reputable salon in Blackburn although I have no idea why. I just felt the need to warn people away from there, as I do not wish to see other people walking the streets of Blackburn with a haircut as hideous as mine! I went to Triangles thinking that it was a good salon and I could trust them to give me a good cut and colour. How wrong I was!
