Good Points: This monitor is great for graphics and surfing the web. The square screen is perfect for viewing letter size projects, floorplans, logo development and photos. The small footprint takes up a minimum amount of desktop space. Easy to adjust and wonderful picture quality.
Bad Points: Cannot be raised, but this is really not a problem since the screen is so large.
General comments: I am buying a second Viewsonic VG2021m. It is one of the best monitors I have used. You can't beat the quality of picture and the screen is huge! This is the only monitor to use when working in Photoshop. Don't be fooled by other monitors that are advertised as being 20" monitors. You may get that width, but their height is very narrow compared to the Viewsonic VG2021m.
You cannot find a better monitor for the price. Don't just buy it for the price. It is better than monitors selling for many $$$ more.

The support for the ViewSonic VG2021M is not at all interested; they take 3-5 days to collect the monitor, two weeks to repair it, and another 3-5 days to return it. This means you loose it for a month.I would not recommend.

Overall, the ViewSonic VG2021M is a great monitor. You can't get a lot better than ViewSonic. They are always great on quality. The Menu is annoying, but the native resolution is great, and there isn't too much distortion when games force an 800 x 600, though it's certainly still awkward.
If you've got the money (~$300), go for it! It's a great monitor.
