“Needs to be improved, terrible service!!”

Well to start with the service was terrible! We waited for 45 minuits just for a starter! We went up to the bar and asked why it was taking so long, they then came out and they asked if we would like a free side order because of the wait, we said this would be a good thing however when our starters did come out there was no side AND the food was cold!!!!
