Good Points: Phone delivered next day
General comments: 1. Initial charge for under £ 10 made without any explanation
2. Wildest excuses regarding non-payment of cashback
3. Now I have finally been sent a cheque which is more than six months old and so cannot be cashed! Never heard of this one before. Tulip expect me to beleive them that the cheque will be honoured by their bank as they have made 'special arrangements'. I would have thought the ordinary arrangement of a normal current date cheque would have sufficed.

Tulip and its derivative companies should be memorised and avoided. If you live near The Metro Centre, Brittania Way, Park Royal, go and try to visit them and get some responsible response. Money taken from Credit Cards by another 'associate' Sapphire Global, I could go on at length, in short, just go and get a phone deal from the very next company that you bump into, it's got to be a better bet than dealing with this crowd.- Read roger1949's review (110 words)

Tulip really angered me at the time and my friends had a lot of issues with the handsets they were given and by the end, didn't even bother sending out their cash back claims. They give a lot of poor excuses and you find yourself constantly on the phone to an Indian person who uses their lack of English as a reason not to note your complaint. All in all I wasn't very impressed with them at all.- Read carternm31's review (210 words and 2 comments)
