    I just bought a Samsung F480 in Australia and tried to get on to the 'samsung 'fun' club' and was directed to Europe? What's going on Samsung? What has happened to the support and extra services for Aussie customers? This is my 6th samsung phone and I just wanted something easy to go to so I could download a ring tone and can't find it!

    As the price for the D 780 is rs 10000 one feels let down due to above bad points as for 60% of the price similar handsets are available from other branded cos

    I had a Samsung cellphone that landed in the pool and worked the next day. The very same phone then ended up at the bottom of a jacuzzi for a good fifteen minutes, the phone was completely drowned and the screen had a water bubble in it. Lo and behold, two weeks later my phone was working. What an amazing product! I now have a samsung E250 that is a little disappointing but my old phone was really wonderful, thanks, loren mcfall.

    I never did get the so called 3 free ringtones like the Samsung Fun Club advertised.
    No response to my emails from them.

    I have been a member of Samsung "fun" club for just under a year. Only now that if you're from Australia you can put your information in.
    But has anybody tried contacting these people for help? Their e- mail form does not work. For 10 months I've been trying to get an answer from this company and I can't find anyone. Trying to find a misplaced password should be easy, but their icon does not work to be able to go to this area of the site.

    Hear ringtones on PC then use WAP to download quick and easy once registered. Password and user name are case sensitive, so if you use small letters on PC use same for WAP easy. I pick images from Google and use photo suite to make screen savers eg Shrek, Scoobydoo even some sports peeps. Try it !

    Not once has my visit to the Samsung Fun Club been worth while. It is always a complete waste of my time. I bought the Samsung phone because of the excellent after service and bonus accessories that they are suppose to get from this site, but I seriously regret it, and would discourage anyone from doing so. I have tried numerous times to download software like image editor and it always takes me no less than an hour, and I always end up with a corrupted or empty file. The WAP service does not wo ...

    Samsung Fun Club is infuriating to work with: I'm a Samsung owner in Australia, so my SFC site is Asia-Pacific - and frankly - yecch!! I've checked out the UK SFC site, and it has ringtones MUCH more to an Australian taste. BUT, you can't register an Australian phone at the UK site - so you can't use UK-site ringtones.

    Truly, truly infuriating.

    Would recommend these sites to a friend only because it buys me more unusable points on my SFC membership.

    this is a brill site to download for your samsung phone. only open to samsung users, has a fab selection of downloads for most models. No payment needed, site is worked on a point system that u earn. Very good value! Easy to get around and more check it out!!

    Awful sounding tones. you just need to compare the mission impossible theme of samsungmobile.com to one you'd find on any other site and youll get what i mean.
