    General comments: Bali Villa Diana. Nice pool, friendly amazing staff. Quiet place, very nice to spend holidays. I am very happy stay at Villa Diana Bali for 2 weeks. Relaxing. I hope can visit again someday.

    We had a nice time in Bali. My family stayed in Villa Diana for 2 weeks. Upon check-in the problems started. We had to check in at Hotel Ratna (Kuta), and they OVERCHARGED us 3%, passing it off as a Visa charge. No manager was able to tell us why we had to pay, and after NOBODY WAS WILLING TO SPEAK TO US at all. At the Villa we found the SECURITY LACKING - sleeping most nights. The only helpful staff both the hotel/villa employed are the butlers of Villa Diana, and the older security guard with ...

    After booking a villa Diana (part of the Hotel Ratna Group) on the internet on BaliBagus.com we set off on a holiday in beautiful Indonesia. The villa was advertised as secure and secluded accommodation for families. Upon arrival everything was as we expected, with 4 security guards at the entrance and locks on the windows and doors.
