Villa Diana Bali made my holidays most memorable and fun during my stays there for 10 November 2009-15 November 2009. Although the location is not on the beach, but the tranquil relaxation atmosphere is very excellent . The staffs are friendly, and nice breakfast. (read more)

Bali Villa Diana. Nice pool, friendly amazing staff. Quiet place, very nice to spend holidays. I am very happy stay at Villa Diana Bali for 2 weeks. Relaxing. I hope can visit again someday. (read more)

We had a nice time in Bali. My family stayed in Villa Diana for 2 weeks. Upon check-in the problems started. We had to check in at Hotel Ratna (Kuta), and they OVERCHARGED us 3%, passing it off as a Visa charge. No manager was able to tell us why we had to pay, and after NOBODY WAS WILLING TO SPEAK TO US at all. At the Villa we found the SECURITY LACKING - sleeping most nights. The only helpful staff both the hotel/villa employed are the butlers of Villa Diana, and the older security guard... (read more)

After booking a villa Diana (part of the Hotel Ratna Group) on the internet on BaliBagus.com we set off on a holiday in beautiful Indonesia. The villa was advertised as secure and secluded accommodation for families. Upon arrival everything was as we expected, with 4 security guards at the entrance and locks on the windows and doors. The second night at around 4am my parents woke up because of the many mosquitoes bites they had suffered, and immediately noticed that all their carry-on... (read more)
